Hello, i purchased this template and my web hosting provider who i paid to install the template told me the files that are in that folder is not the premium myshop template. They installed the files and it doesn’t look like the actual template i purchased. Can you please help.

Thanks for buying the theme. :)

It seems you asked the wrong person about OpenCart. Anyway, I have looked at your website and after checking the stylesheet and it seems you are currently not using MyShop theme.

The files you have downloaded are alright and they are supposed to be uploaded as instructed regardless of how they look. Just upload them to the root directory of your server and the theme files will be uploaded as required.

Hi,

Cloud zoom settings are found in MyShop options panel. ColorBox is OpenCart native plugin. When Cloud Zoom is disabled, then Colorbox takes effect.

Have two questions at the moment

Two things work excellent in default theme but do not work properly in your theme

1. Language change doesn’t work at all. And when I hover mouse cursor on language icons the cursor doesn’t change to a hyperlink view (arrow doesn’t change to hand)

2. Currencies doesn’t work properly. I can change only two currencies – the third is not active (doesn’t work as a hyperlink)

Can You help to fix these questions?

Have to repeat my question cos there is no answer from You

I tried two different language packages for russian localization and result is the same:

Everything works OK in default theme but currently I have two malfunctions in Your theme

1. I can’t change language by clicking on language icons – they don’t work as hyperlinks at all. The only way to change language is to change it in the admin panel, then delete all cookies and then refresh the front page. It doesn’t look like multi-language site for ordinary user, does it ?

2. I can’t change currencies by clicking on currency icons – they don’t work as hyperlinks at all. If I don’t edit currencies list I can change between two currencies from the three. But if I add additional currencies (for example roubles and hryvnja) I can’t switch between currencies at all

I tried Your theme installation several times with two different language packages for russian localization – but result is the same.

Of course, I followed carefully all the steps of Your installation instruction – for laguage translation as well.

Need Your answer cos I have to make my decision: work with Your theme if You can help me or look for some another theme if above mentioned questions cannot be solved.

Found out that You have similar problems on Your Demo Site:

1. It is not possible to switch to euro on Your Demo – it doesn’t work like a hyperlink

2. Your language icon doesn’t behave itself as a hyperlink – perhaps, because only one language is enabled currently on Your Demo (for instance, in this case the default theme doesn’t show language icon at all. Perhaps, You made some changes to show the icon, but didn’t make it a hyperlink)

That’s about malfunction of languages and currencies switching and vqmod-file mod_myshop_oc.xml which doesn’t return back to english language setting for another language, for instance, “login or register” remain in russian no matter how much I switch between different languages

Thank You much for solving the problem with language/currency switching

After my reinstalling of all the system including OpenCart native files and taking into account Your recommendations and changed file stylesheet.css everything looks like working OK

The problem with the file mod_myshop_oc.xml dissapeared as well

Hope everything will be all right

Anyway thank You much for Your suggestion to help me with language translations – if I wouldn’t be able to solve the problem by myself it could be really helpfull

Hi,

Navigate to MyShop Options Panel module and click on Theme Colors tab.

Activate Theme Color Editor and then select No-Repeat for the Background option.

The image will be fixed.

Contact me if it fails.

I bought it yesterday and the installation goes great, but after I have activated the theme I get the following errors when trying to access the site frontend:
