We purchased the theme today hoping to use it on another store we have setup on a single opencart installation. We have tried following the installation instructions be just can’t get it to work. Is there any chance you could contact my boyfriend Luke who is a web developer and help him getting it working. www.thegardenrose.co.uk/shop is my default online shop on the installation and we are trying to use your theme on www.lovebritishliving.co.uk which is also on the same opencart installation.
Your input would be gratefully received , we loved the demo of the theme and want to get it running on the new site asap

Quick question before I purchase.
Any plans on this template ever being Responsive? You mentioned about 3 months ago that you were considering it, and since your Bridal template has it and since the the mobile ecommerce is “the now” i’d love for this template to be responsive in the near future, especially after I purchase it.
Sorry for all these question, if we purchase it will we be able to have a categories list in the left or right when a product is displayed? The demo doesn’t show a category menu of any kind at anytime on the side only the top nav. Thanks in advance.

I sent you 2 messages yesterday through your themeforest profile contact box, but never got a response so we will leave the questions here.
The MyShop theme is not really looking anything like the demo shown, only vaguely like it. It only is allowing a 4 column view on the front page instead of the 5, no matter how we set it in the admin panel, anything above 4 will go down to a new row, from our observations it looks identical to Fashopper theme.
Also, when you enable the Activate Theme Color Editor it completely resets the color scheme, logically it should ‘remember’ the current colors set and allow you to modify from that instead of forcing white everything, and theres no option to set a fixed background so backgrounds still scroll and we need a fixed background for our shop.
Tint color box in the Cloud Zoom options is not working in Firefox 15.0.1, it forces you to use white instead of leaving it blank so that blur can work. It specifically states, “NB: To disable tint, delete the hex color code amnd leave it blank.” it won’t stay blank it just goes back to white [FFFFFF].

I cannot get the my shop banners to work (1.5.4.1). I add three images and set them to the size you recommend but the site now goes blank.
log error:
Error: Could not load template /home/xxxxxx/public_html/demo/catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/myshopbanner.tpl! in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/demo/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 75

There could be some error in the MyShop theme vqmod XML file that controls the functions of the theme. Have you made any modifications to that file lately?

Each product has its own video options i.e. product videos are for each product.
