Hi there – I’m having a problem I was looking for help with. When I enable display comment count under the mywork theme options I am getting “0 comments” displayed on pages as well as blog posts. I have disabled comments on pages and it still occurs.
How do I set it so that I can enable that setting, but for it only to show the comment count on blog posts.
Same deal for “display share on twitter” and “display date”. I want to enable these settings only for blog posts, not pages.
Can you please tell me how to access the list of email addresses which are submitted through your custom ‘Subscribe Widget’?
I have emailed you a couple of times, but not heard anything back, any help would be hugely appreciated.
They are stored in subscribers.csv file inside theme folder
I recently updated to WP 3 .4.2, not sure why, but the flex slider is no longer displaying the featured image for any of the slides.
I’ve looked at the PHP and everything seems OK or the same.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you tried adding new posts? or re-publish old posts?
I tried updating a few posts but I do not use this site as a blog. There is no change. The text for the slider is displayed but the images are not.
Could you also try uploading new images and setting them as featured images?
what can I change to point to google’s cdn for jquery frameworks instead of the local files.
I’m finding that since I upgraded to WP 3.5 that my visual editor is missing and all I see is html (with the text colored white). It seems like it’s related to the jquery.

I just purchased this theme. Tried to install from WordPress and get the following error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
I am running WP 3.5.
Please advise. I payed for this premium theme because (1) I like it and (2) I have a business site to construct and need to get going on it asap.

Hi – thanks very much for your reply. I did manage to figure out that the theme directory was embedded in the zip file. Everything installed fine.
However, now I am experiencing a more serious problem. When I enable various features through the admin panel, I get a message saying that the theme options were saved, but none of the options are implemented. Any help on this is much appreciated. I am actively developing my site right now, so I would like to get things working asap.

Hi tippyytoe, I will be submitting an update to the theme for WP 3.5 compatibility.
Thank you. Can you give me an idea of when the update will be available? If it will be a while, I will downgrade to WP 3.4, but if the update is coming soon, I will wait. I am assuming the WP version is the reason the admin panel is not working. Will this happen every time there is a WP update? Should I avoid applying WP updates in the future in order not to break the theme?

Hi – I appreciate that you have provided an update. I installed the update and Version 1.1.5 is now displayed on my Manage Themes tab in WP. HOWEVER, I am still having the same problem. Nothing in the mywork admin panel “sticks” when I change the settings. I set an option, navigate to another page, and when I come back to the option I set it is no longer set. I MUST get this working soon. I cannot wait 2 and 3 days for feedback to solve this. This is not a matter of paying money for the theme, it is more important than that. I need to have my company web site working for customers to see. My site has been down too long now and I have put time and effort into customizing things using this theme. PLEASE help with this quickly. Respectfully, I would like to now benefit from the super premium support that is advertised for your theme. Again, I really like the theme and want to use it for my site, but I must get the admin panel working ASAP. Thanks again.

Yes, this appears to have solved the problem. The settings in the Admin Panel now stick. I truly appreciate your prompt attention to this.
Hi again – I am enjoying your theme and making progress developing my site. However, I’m not sure why, but the arrows, etc. do not show up in my lists (after I insert the shortcodes). Similarly, I cannot get bullets to show up in any text widgets. Can you provide any help with this? Thanks.

I replaced the images as you suggested and the problem is now fixed. I appreciate the support I got from you as I developed the site and I am now quite satisfied with everything.
One more thing: what is your recommendation regarding WP updates? If I update my installation when an update is available, do I risk breaking the theme?? For example, I think there is a WP update available right now. Should I apply it?? Thanks again.
Hi I,ve wordpress 3.5 and my work version 1.1.4. Theme was used to create www.confidiprofessionisti.it, and it’s a great theme. I’ve just a problem: On the news page, the pagination not work. I can see page1,2,etc , but if i click on page 2 the result posts is the same of page 1. How can i resolve this issue? Regards

I don’t say if this can help you. Wordpress is setting to use static page for home and a blank page calle news for blog. In Setting->Read I set to 5 number of post/feed to show.
Other information: permalink is setting as / category / postname
I downloaded version 1.1.5, but the pagination problem persists. Premium support please help me to resolve the problem.
The theme have also another little problem. CSS mismatch when “seo ultimate” plugin is installed. I try to identificate the error css class, but unfortunately I don’t found it. Can you help me to correct this problem? Regards
Hi – When I choose the number of footer columns in the theme settings, it doesn’t seem to do anything. I want to have a 3 column footer, but I am finding that when I choose this it leaves a blank fourth column in there as well. It doesn’t expand the 3 columns to fit the entire width of the page. Is there something else I need to do to make this work?

Hi scott, could you please do a full re-upload of the theme? The issue is fixed and I cannot get it to appear on my installation.
So sorry for my tardy reply. I just re-uploaded 1.1.5 and I still have the same problem. It’s not causing me any issues as I just added another widget in, but it’s still showing 4 columns.
Nice theme. It was working until I updated to wordpress 3.5.1 Now the sub-menus aren’t showing in chrome and safari. It works in Firefox. Thanks in advance for your response
