Thank you very much for this great theme, maybe you want to know what is it used for: http://klemm-fotografie.de

The only thing I would like to mention is the field of the tracker. I think it is placed at the wrong position in the source. Google Analytics has to be in the head/script area of html. I had to change the header.php and it is working, but I always have to remember that, if there is an update of header.php file.

I’m really glad you like our theme. :)

Thanks for sharing your opinion about the placement of the tracking script. First of all, the tracking code is placed in the footer because this feature needs to be universal, not only for Google Analytics. Second, you don’t need to use this feature at all – there are few great GA plugins in the WP repository, for example Google Analytics for WordPress.

No problems whatsoever. I’m just writing to let you know that not only is this a great theme, but your level of support is OUTSTANDING! As I’ve had questions concerning the theme, I’ve looked through these comments and noticed the speed at which you respond and your sheer willingness to help purchasers of your theme. That’s incredible!

If I were to offer one critique, it would be to get your own support forum, so that others can learn from the responses/fixes that you suggest. That way, we don’t have to suffer from the lack of a search function, and go page-by-page. It might even save you some time from having to answer the same questions repeatedly.

But again, your level of support is so great that going page-by-page is tolerable. Furthermore, the theme is done so well and the documentation is pretty thorough, I never really need “support.”

I celebrate entrepreneurs like you who get it…great service after the sale. I’ll be looking for more themes from you! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

I’m really glad you like our theme and th quality of our support. :) We are doing our best.

We are definitely going to open a dedicated support forum – probably shortly after launching our new theme.

Merry Christmas to you too. :)

I have a small problem with the theme. I would like to have a image scroller on all my pages. Placed just above the black line above the footer. You can see what I mean here: www.badiscography.com/wordpress2/ Only without having to write it on every single page. But so that it is a part of the theme. How can I do that?

e404
e404 Author

It’s not a problem with the theme, but with your own theme modification. ;)

I suggest to add this code to the ‘footer.php’ file – this way it will be visible on all pages.

I want to use a plugin called moodthingy which I’ve set to automatically add itself and the end of each blog post. (see lashaunntappler.com) (I’m currently developing this site, by the way.) I’ve customized the plugin, however, it looks like the theme is overriding everything I customized in the plugin, and basically stripping away the customization of this plugin. I’d really like to use this plugin with the theme; is there anything I can do?

e404
e404 Author

It’s impossible – the theme just can’t strip anything. Where did you add your custom CSS code? Where can I see it?

ltappler Purchased

OK…maybe I’m using the wrong terminology. I didn’t add custom css. I just changed the settings that are resident in the plugin. I believe the only way you can see it is to log into my site? I don’t know…you tell me.

(thanks for answering me so quickly…your support is amazing)

I can’t for the life of me find where to change the color of the post titles. Can you point me in the right direction?

e404
e404 Author

Post titles are just headers, so you need to use the ‘Headers Link Color’ option (Theme Options -> Styling Options).

ltappler Purchased

But I don’t want to change ALL the headers (h1 through h6). There’s no way to change just the post titles alone?

e404
e404 Author
You can do that using a custom CSS code – just add the following code to the Custom CSS box (Theme Options -> Styling Options):
.post-meta h2 a { color: #000; }
.post-meta h2 a:hover { color: #ccc; }
Of course, you need do adjust these colors to your needs.

Of course! Thanks so much! On a Sunday afternoon! Wow!!

So sorry…It’s not changing the color on the home page. (I guess I need to do the same for the portfolio titles, most popular blog posts titles, and the recent posts titles.)

On your home page there are different blog titles (from shortcodes). Use this code to change colors:
.posts-desc h4 a { color: #000; }
.posts-desc h4 a:hover { color: #ccc; }
By the way: you can use Firebug (Firefox) or Developer Tools (Chrome) to find which CSS class you should modify to change certain colors.

Sir, I give up. Please look at my site (lashaunntappler.com). On the home page, I’m trying to change the red title color under the photos in “Recent Rants & Raves”.

Also click on the Blog page. I’m trying to change the color of the red titles under “Recent blog posts” and “Most popular blog posts.”

I was able to change the bottom 3/4 of the page, however this two items will not change.

Please help.

Recent works titles:
.fancy_list_item h3 a { color: #000; }
.fancy_list_item h3 a:hover { color: #ccc; }
Recent blog posts and Most popular blog posts titles:
.post-list-info h4 a { color: #000; }
.post-list-info h4 a:hover { color: #ccc; }

What’s the process of updating your theme via wordpress?

e404
e404 Author

In general I recommend to upload modified theme files via FTP – it’s the fastest and the safest way. You can also rename your current theme folder and install a new theme version via the WP admin panel. You can also try to use the Envato WordPress Toolkit plugin.

I have a small problem with my logo in the header. When the window is full size (and very small) it works fine. But when the window size it middle size the logo dosent get smaller. http://www.badiscography.com/wordpress2
e404
e404 Author
Because your logo is very wide, you need to add the following code to the Custom CSS box (Theme Options -> Styling Options):
#logo a { max-width: 100%; }

waoo… your fast. It works now. Thanks. I have sort of the same problem with my image slider. I dosent fit to the window when it gets smaller. I added this code to the footer.php: <?php fximagescroller_echo_embed_code(); ?> just above this:

Your image scroller is not responsive because it has the fixed width (take a look at your page source). It has to have a width of 100% to be responsive.

Hi, please see lashaunntappler.com again. I’ve customized my header to be a red color. In portrait mode on the iPad/tablet, to the right of the contact info box, there is large white rectangle. Is there anyway for me to make that white box to be my color of choice?

Also, how do I remove the border radius on the bottom left of the search icon, to remove the little white box peeking through? (this is also on the portrait mobile version)

Never mind. I figured it out. Merry Christmas to you!

Hello! Me again (lashaunntappler.com). In the tablet portrait mode, in the four categories on the HOME page, two of my categories (Mindset and Business) are cutting off. Is there a way to make the text responsive, based on the size of the screen?

e404
e404 Author
Sure – add the following code to the Custom CSS box (Theme Options -> Styling Options):
@media (max-width: 1023px) and (min-width: 768px) {
.icon-desc h2 { font-size: 16px; }
.icon-desc span { font-size: 14px; }
}

I have a small problem with my page on www.teamoddfellow.dk When I go to the page Galleri 2011 under Galleri the Titles are not displayed under the pictures. The problem is only happening when the page is showed in max size. But when I resize the window the titles are showing up. How can this be?

I am using IE9. I have put 2 images on my page under Galleri 2013 where you can see the problem. The dates under the titles are not visible until I resize the window. Is is the same problem in Firefox.

Problem is solved now. Thanks for the great support.

I’ve purchased the “Natural” Wordpress theme and am having the same problems with custom sidebars as several of the users in the Themeforest comments. Here is one comment that describes the issue I’m also having.

grantmorschel SAYS Hi I am having a strange problem with the Sidebars – am just wondering if it is a known bug? Whenever I add a new Custom Sidebar, all the widgets in the other sidebars I have already set up get completely jumbled around. The new Sidebar seems to take the widgets from the previous one which had been set up. Have you heard of this problem before?

e404 REPLIED That’s strange. Could you send me your WP admin panel login and password? I would like to look at this issue.

Can you tell me if you found a fix for this issue, and what I might need to do to prevent widgets from moving into new sidebars as they are created?

Thank you

I’ve replied to your email.

HI! First of all, thank you for this great theme! I absolutely LOVE it! :))

Here is my little problem though :) Hope you can help. I have my site in 2 languages thanks to the WPML pluggin (translation pluggin), and I would like to use the Blog recent posts shortcode on my homepage (or wherever). The problem is when I use it, it shows my recent posts, but in the 2 languages… How can I filter it? Thanks :)

HI, I have another question, what is the exact size of the header? if we want to add a custom one? Thanks :)

e404
e404 Author

You can use any height you want.

Default-user

Sorry but I don’t know how to do it. When I upload my header in the “background settings”, it automatically puts it in the default height and I don’t know where I can change that. Can you help? thanks :)

e404
e404 Author

I thought you meant the logo image. ;) I’ve increased the height of your website header.

Hi. Is there a way to customize the height AND width of the slider? Thanks.

e404
e404 Author
Because sliders are responsive, they have to have the width of their container. So if you want a slider to be narrower you need to put it into a column shortcode, for example:
[one_third]
[flexslider]
[/one_third]

Thank you so much for your help. I think your work and customer support are awesome.
