Hi. Sorry I have another question. I have created a couple of pages that can be access directly from the main menu. For some reason, when you click on the menu button, the page only shows “Nothing Found”. Also, I notice that the Permalink to the page is incorrect. The page name is Warranty but the permalink adds Warranty-2.
This permalink is not incorrect, but I need to see your website to check what’s going on.

So far, we have the following pages completed…. Home, Teach, Learn and Warranty. But as I mentioned, Warranty is not linking up correctly.
You have probably added a wrong page to the menu. Please remove the Warranty page from the menu and add it once again.
Nope. Didn’t help. I even deleted the menu item and then added it again. I noticed there is a cache folder in the theme directory. Would it hurt for me to delete it? Here is the folder path: wp-content/themes/natural/
The cache folder doesn’t have anything to do with this issue. In fact, this issue has nothing to do with the theme. Please send me an e-mail with your WP admin panel login and password – I’ll check what’s going on.

Happy New Year! I’m using the boxed layout at TheChristianHustleProject.com. I’d like to increase the padding to add a lot more white space in the wrapper on all pages (white box with all the main content). When I add custom css to change it, it does so, however the right side of the container then stretches outside of the boxed layout, causing a horizontal scroll. So, I’m obviously doing something wrong.
I’ve removed the CSS to leave it as is for now, as it looked pretty bad. Can you tell me how I can achieve what I’m trying to do?
It’s not that easy – after you increase the wrapper padding you also need to adjust the width of all columns and other theme elements.

I need to create a ‘scrollable gallery’ with the following shortcode. I have done a New Page, and pasted the code, i don’t see any image…only the title with the arrows. what can i do?

I’m refining my first wordpress site using Natural Theme and have sub-domain headings listed in the right column as links so that people can navigate among the subpages without going back to the toolbar.

I’d like the top level name, in this case, “Therapy,” that appears in the toolbar, to be listed as a live link in that right column along with the three subpages. Since a viewer can navigate to the subpages directly from the toolbar drop down menu, it’s possible people will bypass the content on that top level without realizing it exists.
That right column would include the following all as active internal links: “Therapy—Embracing life and overcoming obstacles” >>”Approach to therapy” >>”Areas of Expertise” >>”Therapy Services”
Currently only the three subpages are links. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish my goal? Lee Faver
Your question is not related to the theme. You can use the Custom Menu widget (it’s a standard WordPress widget) and place any pages you want in it.

If so, you probably didn’t update all files. This [raw] shortcode is somewhere in the ‘inc/shortcodes.php’ file or in the ‘inc/sliders.php’ file.
It is not in the home page content and I updated to the most recent version two weeks ago. I just reuploaded the shortcodes.php file and nothing has changed. When I inspect the code in Chrome, I see some javascript related to the slider between the raw tags.

Hi. Love the design! I’m having trouble getting started. I was able to install it and use the “customize” and “widgets” features. However, I can’t get the “theme options” to do anything. I can’t upload an image and when I make changes to a text box and save, nothing changes on my site. When I go back to the theme options, it has reset to the default. What do I do? Thanks.

Hi, firstly thank you for your support, nice and fast response which isn’t always the case with theme support.
Is there a way to link photos within gallery to internal pages once open in lightbox? I have tried the gallery custom link plugins but this doesn’t allow for the photos to open in lightbox first, it just links the thumbnails.
I need for the photo to enlarge in lightbox and then link from there.

I’m afraid prettyPhoto doesn’t allow to do that. And to be honest I don’t know any Lightbox plugin with this kind of feature.

1. It’s described in the theme documentation. If you want to use the same fonts as we did on our demo site, select the “Droid Sans” font for body, “PT Sans Narrow” for headers and menu, and “PT Sans” for submenus.
2. This issue was fixed in one of latest theme updates. You can also just turn off the admin toolbar.

Hi I would like to make a couple of simple adjustments to the general look please. I would like to make the main menu text smaller.
I would also like to make the area under the main menu that displays the page title narrower . I guess reduce the padding.
Have tried looking at style.css but not very knowledgeable so would appreciate your help in how I go about this please.
