Beautiful theme. We’re on the edge of buying and have just 1 question:
Can the page size be made to be a bit more narrow, by default? On a large screen, the page seems to max out at about 1300px. Is there a way to decrease that maximum width to something along the lines of 900px – 950px?

Hey, I have a silly question:
How can I get the Icon Boxes to be centered like it is on the “wide header homepage” example? I tried everything I could think of, but couldn’t get it to center the Icon on a separate line.

Do you mean something like this? If so, just put the [gallery] shortcode (it’s a standard WordPress shortcode) into your post content.

I just made a new page in Wordpress with just the root URL as the permalink.

Just purchased the theme today. Getting errors when importing the demo data but seems to be installed. Question: Are we able to select a style with preset colors such as is offered on the Options tab in upper left in your demo? This is not on the imported data nor can I find it in the admin area.
You can pick a style in the Styling Options (Theme Options -> Styling Options).
Disregard previous message about style colors. Found it.
However, I’m getting an error on meta file when importing your demo data.
What kind of errors did you get? Were they errors or maybe some warnings? Did the sample content import correctly?
Hi! your theme is really great! I have a few questions. 1. Is it possible to have a wide header image (like one of the homepage options) on interior pages? Can you adjust the height of them? Maybe to only 200px? 2. Is it possible to have sidebars on the left side of the pages? I have a site with a LOT of subpages and I wanted to create sidebar navigation for these pages but want them on the left side. I can do that with the unlimited widgets option?

1. You can set a different header image and set its height for each of your pages, posts and portfolio items.
2. Yes, it’s possible. There are three templates for pages – with left sidebar, right sidebar and with no sidebar. Of course you can assign a different sidebar with different widgets to each of your pages.

The header slider works in the same way as header images – you can add it to any page and you can modify its height.
There is already a search in the header – just click the magnifying glass icon, next to the Twitter icon.

Yes, you can easily modify a color of almost every theme element. Here you can check how the colors customization panel looks like. Of course you can also customize the theme using a custom CSS code.
Hi again. My logo is doing the same thing someone else mentioned earlier, sitting on top of the nav bar. If there is a way to move the logo or nav options, that’d be great. I checked the CSS but didn’t see anything obvious that would change the positioning. Here’s a screenshot:

In the new stylesheet the header should automatically adjust its height to the logo image. In the old CSS the header height was fixed – we have overlooked this, sorry.
By default the Natural theme displays manual excepts (the text from the Excerpt field) on the blog page. You probably didn’t set an excerpt for some of your posts. You can also use the text before the ‘more’ tag instead of excerpts – just uncheck the ‘Use Post Excerpts’ option (Theme Options -> Blog Options).

Can you disable to the footer section? Not the subfooter with the footer menu but the footer with the widgets…is this easy to remove?

Hi, I feel silly, but I can’t seem to get the “Natural Theme” logo off the header. I put up my own header image (not logo, because I don’t have one) but the Natural Theme logo overlaps my image. Can you take a quick look? thesprout.ca Thank you.

I am having the worst time with sliders though. I’m not sure if it’s a Wordpress or theme issue though. When I go to Slides and scroll down to “Set Slide Image” I can’t get an image in there. I select one from the media gallery and click “Insert Selected Image” and nothing happens, same thing when I upload from computer. I’m able to put an image into the post, but not the slider, it just unclicks my selection and doesn’t give me a message or anything of the sort. I’m getting so frustrated with this not working. Any ideas?
Nevermind, I just read your answer to someone else about choosing Use as Feature Image and that worked
You need to click the ‘Use as featured image’ link, not the ‘Insert into post’ button.

Hi, I’ve just purchased this theme and am trying to install. I’ve tried to install the .zip file through both the Theme>Upload option from my WP dashboard and also via FTP and it’s failing. This is the message that I’m getting: unzip: cannot find zipfile directory…
It’s probably a problem with your server configuration. Please try to unpack the theme package on your computer and upload the theme via FTP .
Just to be sure: you need to use the ‘natural.zip’ file included in the package you have downloaded from ThemeForest, not the whole package.
I just installed, but when i can not enter in Appareance -> Theme Options, i get an Internal Server Error, and i can continue with customization. Could you help me? Wordpress version is 3.3.2. May be that theme is not updated to that versión? a server error? Thnks in advance.
The theme is working with WordPress 3.3.2 – our demo website is running this WP version. This issue is probably caused by your server – it’s hard to say what’s the reason without looking into a server log. But I bet there is some strict security rule running on your server – please contact your hosting provider and send them the problematic URL .
I have contacted with my server administrator, and tell me that your theme is taking more than 256Mb of memory when i try to access to theme options, and this is the server memory limit for a php script. They told me to ask to you why your theme eats more than 256Mb. I think also that is a lot of memory. ¿Could you tell us what is the memory problem? ¿There is a fix?. Thanks in advance.
I don’t think the theme uses more than 256MB of memory. On our demo server we have a limit of 128MB and everything works fine. The options panel is rather big, so I know it uses a little more memory than the WordPress itself, but 256MB should be fine. Do you have installed some third-party plugins which can use a lot of memory?
No i only installed the plugins that your documentation require. But seems that they are working fine. I will find the documentation of this plugins. I will make some test also. By the way if you can help me triying to find an explanation of this issue it wil be welcomed. Thanks and best regards.
I have seen an apache log. The script that overcomes the memory is admin.php, i think that theme options is another script, so may be an issue on wordpress that only happen in certain circumstances, but i am not sure. I will continue testing.
Sure, I can help you with finding the issue. I would need a FTP access to your server and your WP admin login and password. Please send me all required credentials via an e-mail.
Well tested on an virtualized server wiich i can control. No problems of memory, i have monitored memory usage with top command while connect to the script, and do not use more than 256MB. So i think it could be an issue with php version or something in the original server. Tell me what is your e-mail and i give you the needed users and passwords. Thanks.

Finally i moved the website to a server that i can control, in this server runs without any problems.
A suggestion :
Groups of various images dont work like a block that i can center (i dont know if there is a way to do it now), may be you can add a short code [group] or something similar in orther to do that (i finally get it working but with style customizations in the html code editor) i think some people has no skills and it could be usefull.
Did you try to put those images in the [full_page align=”center”] shortcode?
if I want pictures using the person shortcode to be 120px by 70px instead of 40 by 40 what do I change
for the person shortcode could you add email address as an option maybe as an icon on the bottom next to linkedin etc

In the Natural theme you can assign your portfolio items to categories. Then you can have the main portfolio page and a portfolio category page. You can of course add links to portfolio categories to the top menu as submenus.
