Your theme is well documented, it helped me a lot. From the previous theme I had to change many shortcodes and yours are easy to use.
I see some possible improvements, in case you foresee updates: - an Archive page template - a Sitemap page template - integration of social icons (in a widget) - correct “Older posts” to “Newer posts” and “Newer posts” to “Older posts”. I changed them directly in the php file - the twitter widget doesn’t connect well with twitter API (?)
I have yet to use the multilanguage possibility with WPML .

A few issues, the main one being when we try and access General Settings/Globals it comes up with a ‘page not found’ error. It’s a clean install, latest version of WP, running loads of other themes on the server without issue.
Upload of sample content also failed.
There has to be an issue with your hosting or php settings. Please check documentation for hosting requirements. Also please register to our support forum, our developers will try to resolve your issues.
I checked the settings, and they should be fine, though I’m checking with the server admin now.
[update] My hosts have confirmed all settings are fine. The only setting they don’t allow is allow_url_fopen as this is a security risk.

Thanks, you haven’t answered the query though; we’d like to hide your company dashboard as the site’s for a client and we don’t really want him to be bombarded your product promotions. We’d hoped this would be covered in the ‘custom branding’ options but this doesn’t seem to be the case.
Hi, the ‘custom branding’ you can use for changing of logo on login page and some icons in WP admin. The AIT Dashboard is displayed on user accounts with the Administrator role only. If you want hide our dashboard, create the user account with other role than administrator for your client. Thanks.
That’s not ‘admin branding’ then is it? You’re just letting customers add a logo to the login page and then bombarding them with adverts for your products via your dashboard.
1 star for misleading sales information.
The client has to have full admin access so they can keep WP and plugins updated. As you’re not really providing ‘admin branding’ I’ll have to remove it manually.
No response on your forum either, and I notice others are querying the same thing (and not getting answers).
It seems that as well as offering no way to hide the intrusive branding and excessive promotion for your other themes you also don’t provide any support for this product.

I’d echo all of what Hayaain has said – slow support, bugs and intrusive branding.
Will you please fix the issues I’ve reported in your ‘support’ forum, instead of churning out more new themes with the same issues.
