OMG ! There were many complaints against your support. I was going to buy this template and also the “Examination” template today. Do I have to consider the possibility that this is a bad idea? Are you going out of business or why so poor support? I´ve bought the “Compound” theme for a year ago and your support was more than excellent, thats why I wonder.

We have a full time developer just for the support which took about 1 hour a day last year. I’m not sure why people complain maybe they think that our support forum is 24/7 live chat
Beautiful template, but not for ie7. I know it is an old browser but still the number of users is respectable.
Sorry IE7 is not supported, only IE8 +. Thanks.
