I can code in both HTML and CSS . Do the templates need to have the databases and what not set up for the archive and blog sections to be working? Cant seem to find the answer
adamriley, hi! For database – MAMP (for mac os), or Denwer (Windows XP/7/vista…)
So do HTML themes here have to have working back end or do you just get less if they don’t?
