Unfortunately not, I don’t have the skills required for the back end development, unless I’m incorrectly assuming that that is needed.

I can code in both HTML and CSS . Do the templates need to have the databases and what not set up for the archive and blog sections to be working? Cant seem to find the answer

So do HTML themes here have to have working back end or do you just get less if they don’t?

You will just get less, most of the HTML Templates on ThemeForest don’t have them .
