NOT the best of starts with this theme!

I have purchased it, tried to register on your forum for the XML Demo file; I used the wrong TF login, my mistake, but your freakin system won’t let me amend my details so I can’t get in.

A bit like “touch *1 for Help” and 27 touches (and 2 hours) later “I am sorry, you are SCREWED ! Please contact us ”, and not a freakin Contact button in sight on your forum!

I have, so far, purchased 17 licences from Andon at U-Design and love his theme; my client likes the look of yours so I have no choice but PLEASE don’t make me jump through hoops to get into the forum!

By the way, what is it with “my birthday” being a required field?

this is not a bug, because there are definitely no options for this post format. You just need to insert a standard WP Gallery in order to make this post format working.

Hello your social links not working. in the demo panel what u given on that panel i made some changes social links on the widget, but the facebook, twitter, youtube links always coming with the site links (Like http://demo.unitedthemes.com/nevada/www.facebook.com/fbuser) so how this will change. mainly the links.

I have to add a follow up to my comment complaining about not being able to get into the forum.

I received a reply by next business morning, problem resolved and thank you.

I have been playing with this theme for 24 hours and must say, so far it is AMAZING !

The documentation is good ( little light in places) BUT having the ability to go into the Wordpress CP and figuring everything out in “real time” is an absolute BLAST for me and the first time I have seen it ANYWHERE on TF.

Who needs documentation when you can de-engineer the real thing!

if you have a plugin which comes with a newsletter registration widget, you can place it inside the footer or inside the header ( where the social icons are located )

I have tried to access the support form multiple times and I am having issues.. All i need to know is why we are having issues viewing this theme. We have not bought this theme yet and i have sent my clients to view this theme on theforest but when they view it it is messed up… I have 3 people from the company view the theme and they said on IE it will not display on their HP but when they viewed the site on a tobisha it showed??? what would make this happen?? Please respond back to me vs sending me to the form.. it shouldn’t be a complex answer so please respond back here..

This theme looks great. Just out of curiosity, does the Revolution Slider come as a separate stand alone plugin or is it integrated so it can only be used inside this theme?

Also, is the an option to remove the byline info – no publish date or author?

Hi,

the slider is integrated in the theme since the license does only allow the customer to use the slider within this theme.

There is no option for this but you can achieve this by changing the CSS .
