you can re create the homepage with the Page Creator and place an individual text box where ever you like. You can also change the code for the home template. We can provide you the necessary code in our forum.

Hi Shane,

in this case we have used the Page Creator. Added 3 Service Boxes for the 3 columns beneath the featured header image. Then a fullwidth box with ( box type simple editor ) and placed the woo commerce featured product shortcode inside it. The next box ( allstar collection ) is a full width box with box type editor again and just a standard WP image inside. Beneath we have a fullwidth box ( box type simple editor ) and the recent product shortcode inside. And last but not least 2 one half boxes. The left one again a simple editor with a toggle shortcode . Hit the black plus button inside the kitchen sink to create such a shortcode. Example:

[toggle title="Customer Support"] Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consetetur sadipscing elitr, sed diam nonumy eirmod tempor invidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliquyam era. [/toggle]

The right box has box type single testimonial.

That should be all. Hope this helps.

Hello, excellent theme! But recently installed the wordpress theme in “http://estudiotena.com.ar/nuevo/” The only problem I have is that the filter does not work in the portfolio section .. “http://estudiotena.com.ar/nuevo/obras/” Is there a solution or could explain to me why it does not work? This is really a nice peace of work. Unfortunately I can not use it because the support Team is ignoring a huge Problem that I have, for more than a week now. I wrote several posts, making it very important, telling them that I can not deliver to my client after weeks and months of work because it is not possible to add any self hosted videos to the “Service Tab Feature”. Is there a way to show what category the blog post is in? in the top of the blog post I can find:

and at the bottom there is Tags. But I cant find Category for the blog post. Is there a way to enable that??

Hi,

with a code change its possible but its not working out of the box due a option set or something like that. Since you can make use of the child theme, we recommend to place the loop.php inside the childtheme and change the code inside there.

Hi. I bought the translation plugin “WPML” and it seems well working with your theme except 2 things. One big thing is that I could translate all the pages except the landing page. When I try to put the language that I want the page to be translated, the all the copy goes back to English after saving and publishing. How can I make the landing page to be translated with your theme? One other thing is that the social widget that I want to put in the footer is no longer working. Are these two considered bugs? Can you please help me on these issue? Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. I use WPML with your theme. When I try to save each page (built in part) with the translated language, all the copies are gone and all the texts go back to English. I am not sure what I am missing. Am I supported to do something to make the translation happen for the built-in part of your theme? Is this a configuration issue on my WP dashboard? Thanks.

I tried to follow one of your email messages: Locale and admin language setting. so I tried to get .mo file from http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ja/trunk/ but I don’t see the message folder. The instruction of the message says that I am supposed to get .mo file under/trunk/message folder. but there is no message file.. Can you please help me on this? Thanks. sorry for many comments. I have been looking for .m0 file but it is confusing!! I want to translate to Japanese, and if I go either http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ja/tags/ or http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/ja/branches/, there are many folders with numbers. and I see the message folder under all of these folders (with numbers). Can you please tell me which number I am supposed to open and get the .mo file? Thank you for your help.

we are not responsible for WordPress related translations. We can only support theme related stuff. If the changes are not saving please make sure that the files inside the languages folder are write able by changing the CHMOD to 777. The files are located inside the wp-content/themes/nevada/languages/ folder. Please also make sure the folder itself is writeable. Further Support only via Support forum.

Thanks for your feedback. My question is only related to your theme translation. WP related translation is already translated. I am having hard time using your theme for translation. I just went to wp-content/themes/nevada/languages/, but I don’t see any “CHMOD”. which file in the folder? I have 3: en_US.mo, en_US.po, and xx._XX.pot. I don’t see “CHMOD” in any of these folders.. Two questions before I buy: 1. Can you explain the “Lambda Responsive Switch”. I looked at the mobile demo (using the QR code supplied on product page) and I didn’t see it there. It’s a key requirement for me.

2. Can I use WP Layer Slider with Nevada? Does it integrate seamlessly and appear with other slider options when installed?

there is a small widget which allows to user to turn on / off the responsiveness of the theme. Have a look here:

At the very bottom you can see a text beneath the flickr images. You can change this text to an individual one.

About the Layer Slider, well we can provide a code change for the admin panel in order to make it appear inside the featured header settings. But out of the box the theme can’t display the slider inside the position where you can currently see the Revolution Slider.

It still isn’t working. I have requested a new password as well but still no luck. When are you going to launch an update to support the new version anyway?

You see on woocommerce help it says I need to duplicate the page.php to woocommerce.php and change the loop in it, any chance you can email me the amended woocommerce file because despite my level best attempts I can not figure out a way to resolve this issue and I am losing money as a result. As a hint for the future, do not update before you have made a backup of the old stuff. We tried to cover the woo commerce issues we experienced while testing the pre – release versions, but this is no guarantee that the theme will work with the final release. People always forget this and they run into issues and bad situations ( loose of money in your case ). It’s a unwritten law to make backups. You also wouldn’t update to a new OS without making sure you will have compatible drivers to get it running right?

The page options menu is not working for me. When I open a page in Wordpress, the gray menu box that allows me to assign settings does not expand so I can see all of the options. It briefly shows all of the options, but then it defaults to just four options. I need to edit “Home settings” but can’t select it from the menu.

Anyone else having this problem? In dire need of response to this.
