How can I format my homepage, for some odd reason I am having trouble setting it up correctly.

Quick question how do I do if I want a “jQuery Sticky Header”?

we can recommend this JQuery Script here: http://imakewebthings.com/jquery-waypoints/shortcuts/sticky-elements/
You just need to enqueue it inside the functions.php and the best way to place the call is inside the app.js inside the js folder of the theme.
Since its a feature and not basic theme function we do not deliver and free customizations ( see our Support information on the product page). But the mentioned Script should do a good job.

I just purchased Avada Theme recently and I debated for a moment to buy Nevada. However, I found that my main plugin map that I want to use is not working an Avada.
I would like to buy Nevada Template but I need assurance before hand that the following plugins are working fine with this template.
Especially the first plugin MAPSVG codecanyon.net/item/mapsvg-interactive-vector-maps/2547255

I am not sure why is not working an the other template but since this both template are responsive I just want to make sure it will work.

an update to fix this issue is in update queue. Please watch the update date or request an update email inside your download section. Since its only an update for the revolution slider you basically just need to exchange the revslider folder inside the theme folder.

Hi, already did that but still getting the same problem. i even try uploading the latest template and just renaming the folder to be activated but when i go to rev slider same problem but i notice the rev slider version is ver. 2.3.5 already…

please re-download the theme again. The update was still in queue I think because the update from this night includes Version 2.3.91 of this slider.

I just purchased this theme and realized there are 2 different layouts, the boxed and the full layout. I want to use the boxed layout. How do I switch? Is it a separate download? It seems I downloaded the full layout. I was not able to add backgrounds.

have a look under “Theme Option” -> “Styling” -> “Home Page Layout”. And yes you are right, backgrounds can only be used with the boxed layout.

the last update was only an update to the rev slider. The next update to this theme will come with WordPress 3.6 and it will be Version 1.7. We expect WordPress 3.6 going live on the 27th of this month ( but there is no official conformation).

as long as we are talking about the latest update of the theme you simply need to exchange the “revslider” folder inside the theme directory under “wp-content/themes/nevada”. Easiest way is to use a FTP Tool like https://filezilla-project.org/

I have three questions before I purchase the full demo theme; 1) On the homepage can I add a plain text section to put 3 paragraphs of text in a full width style? 2) Are all the stock images included when you purchase? 3) Do you include an input file so I can start with the exact same layout as shown on the demo site.

I have purchased this theme and used it for a client. Today I recommended the theme for another client. If they want to use it, how do I purchase another license for use? And is it the same cost as buying the theme all over again? I normally use StudioPress and it’s buy once use unlimited so I’m sorry for my ignorance, I like the theme, I don’t mind paying for an extra license, but I don’t want to keep buying something I have over and over. I have purchased the Nevada theme and on the main homepage I am using the page creator page layout in order to construct the page, however at the bottom of the page I have a “Leave Reply” box which I don’t want to be there. How can I get this to not appear on the homepage or any other pages of my choice?
