we have not used such a plugin before, but basically you can change the navigation to your needs with or without such a plugin. The only thing which needs to be touched would be the header.php and the style.css. We recommend to use the child theme in this case. However we do not support theme modifications, so if you decide to purchase the theme you need to keep in mind that we won’t make any changes to the code on request without compensation.

This morning after several basic changes to the content of some of my pages, the sidebar switched from the left side to the right. http://www.bestptbilling.com
None of my controls will switch it back(on all pages it was set to the left as well as the “master” control in the Theme options.
We can’t figure out what caused this change or how to fix it.

Hi, I’ve tried many ways to download your theme through WP and nothing works. I have no ftp access so I need to go via WP absolutely. I get the error message 404 and that the Item I am looking for does not exist. please help.

we have reported the comment because you were linking to another site. However as written beneath your old comment, the download here at themeforet is 100% clean, as long as you downloaded the theme here at themeforest. If you are experiencing any issues as you mentioned there must another reason.
1.) Always make sure you only use legal downloads! No matter if its a theme or a plugin. 2.) Once your installation has been infected, its hard to find the affected code because the code reproduces itself on every site call or every time you change the theme. So the best way is to make a clean wordpress install , download the theme here at themeforest and install it. 3.) Check also your local machine.
Once again, the theme is clean!

Tried to use support but can’t register because I can not find the Licence Key, it’s not in the same place as before.
Anyway, the demo loads really slow. I thought this would be isolated to the demo but now that I’m using it for a client it is still very slow. I have no plugins installed and it’s a new hosting account. What could be causing the issue? Anyone else experiencing this?

the license key has moved. You can now find the key after hitting the “Download” Button and the appearing drop down.
Afterwards please open a new thread in our forum and provide a link so we can make a net check.

I’m sorry but your support forum is giving me the run around. I’ve tried to create a username and password, then when I try to sign in it tells me that I’m using the wrong combo, try to reset password and then I’m directed to enter a Safety Key? Seriously. Come on UT, help me out here please.
