I am having problems with images uploading none seem to upload> click upload > all media files from your computer> select files > choose> then ether it says >insert into post or tree something I click and then nothing whats up with that ?

Having just set up a basic wesbite using this theme (www.daretoliveyourdreams.com) I’ve discovered my website does not display correctly on mobile phones (not been able to check it on tablets yet). Is this a known issue with this theme? I would very much appreciate some help in sorting this out – I’ve not had this issue with any of my other websites. Many thanks.

I am having a problem with the lack of support for this theme. I have posted my problem in the support forum. I have emailed the person responding to my thread my login info to my site and its been several days and I have not receive any updates or response to my problem. I posted my issue on feb 3rd and its now 17 days later and no one is able to resolve my issue with this theme. I am extremely frustrated and I wanted to know if you issue refund at all for this theme?

Where may we find a change log for the latest version? We had to customize the theme and need to know which files were edited to only replace those files.

Fully translation ready I have purchased “Nevada” theme for my site , and as I understood it has FULLY TRANSLATION READY option. This was a firs thing I’ve chosen this theme. I try to understand where can I find this option to activate it or maybe there is another way to work with this option. Would you be so kind to help me with this option , because it’s very important for me to use translation my site.

translation ready means, that the theme is technically ready to get fully translated into your desired language. You can use one of the following plugins to translate your theme.

i just bought your theme. it is fantastic. BUT i have problems with the gallery slider. i couldn’t find any solution in your forum. The gallery doesnt show as a tumbnail for blog tumb like in your demo site. please help!!!

Installed the theme, but under sliders there isn’t any mention of the “Revolution Slider” as stated in the docs? Where is this?

Hi there,
I am running a theme i bought from themeforest 2 years ago. I think it is time to change it I really like Nevada but before i buy I have a question. If i deactivate the old one and install and activate Nevada do you think that I will have no design and content issues. Last time i did that it was nightmare. I have hundreds of pages and posts and I do not want to loose my content and create the pages and posts again. Do you have a step by step guide what needs to be done in order to change the theme without loosing weeks for fixing different issues with the content? Regards: Rich

well since all data has been stored inside the database you won’t loose any posts or pages. ( But as always make a backup of everything before switching the theme, nobody know). But we do not know, which features your current theme has and how the theme has stored all these additional information. So there is no guarantee that everything will work smooth. As long as your current theme is only using wordpress native stuff you won’t have any problems, but custom theme stuff may gets lost.

Hi i have the same question as the above comment from Rich. I already have a finished website with another theme. I saw your Nevada teme, i liked it and purchased it. After i installed it for some reason it picks up all my already created pages and widgets etc.. from my other theme. Is it possible that i can start from scratch with your theme or i have to delete all the stuff previously created. I wouldnt like to delete anything because if i do it messes up my other theme. So in short can i work with the two themes independently. The reason i am asking is that i would like to be able to use both themes and flip between them occasionally.
I posted on the forum and no one is responding for a 3 days now. Please help.

Hi,
There’s a bug in the theme i think, if you change the portfolio slug to something else in functions.php, then you add your items, they show up correctly in the main archive page, but a single portfolio item displays as a normal post, it doesn’t pick the portfolio layout.
Any clues how to fix this?

not a bug just a “missing” file due to the change of the slug. Make a copy of the loop-portfolio.php and rename into loop-yournewslug.php

Presale question please? When we try to view the demos in IE9/PC (we’ve tried on three different machines – mine is on IE7) the content doesn’t load. This seems to affect both boxed and full-width. Additionally, on my Android/Dolphin Browser I can’t get any of the selections to show up – so I can’t get to the demos to see how they look on a mobile phone. Maybe this has something to do with the framing and there is a direct link to the demos? Thanks in advance for your time.

these boxes are optimized for small icons and text. Adding larger images is possible but may have unwanted side effects for cross browser compatibility since it’s not tested.

no there is already an upload field for images, we have already seen customers who used larger images inside these field ( recommend size is 32×32 ) since it is developed for icons. But the field accepts larger images too. It’s untested but should work.
