Worked it out – it’s because of the JS encryption on the live preview – I tested the actual file without encryption and everything is good.

Submit does work I wouldn’t of passed testing it it didn’‘t and it was developed initially for safari and firefox and tested with IE8 / IE7 and chrome to name a few – I suggest if you purchased it and uploaded it that you check to see if you uploaded all the javascript files – it requires the javascript as it’s an ajax form.

Just follow the directions that came with the template it explains what everything does and what you need to upload to your server – if you altered the path to the JS folder then you will need to alter that in the html.

On further inspection of your email and the link it appears you never uploaded the php mailer.php – which is what sends and verifies everything – you must include this on a php server environment to work – I already emailed you the solution.

Of course! And the rectangle behind is available so you can edit and either remove, change color, put your own logo on their – it’s not a logo identitiy template – it’s an under construction template – it clearly states a fully layered photoshop file is supplied in the description.

Please see section “E” in your help file – it describes that the form is ajax and no thank you or error page is produced – just a thank you message dynamically created and displayed once a valid formatted email is provided.

If an incorrectly formatted email is provided or none at all and someone just hits the submit button the form will not be submitted but a border outlines the input area to highlight it needs completing.

You can’t have a start date of April 1, 2010 and end date of june 1, 2010 – you need to change your start date as fully detailed in your documentation.

I would attempt to replace your file with the original one – check that – if that works then it was an issue in you simply changing the email and title – if not then you need to contact support of your hosting company and ensure they have mailer set on php on your server correctly – you can point them to your script and show them – it’s very basic so there is nothing fancy – a few buyers had the same issue and once contacting their hosting company they fixed their issue.

Nope everything works bud – you may have an ISP routing issue – but everything is good just checked – thanks!

You shouldn’t have any issues as everything is done by the mailer.php – just contact your hosting company and ensure they have mail function properly configured in php5 – anyone that has had any issues has done the same and the hosting company has gotten them organized

Just to make sure – confirm that you DO have mailer.php uploaded to your server in the same directory as the html files – because I just tested and zip happens – if you do then you need to contact your host for sure Brian.
