You can follow the standard WPML workflow for your translations. All the strings in Nexus are localized – so the steps aren’t any different than they would be with any theme. The only thing “special” that you have to do is make sure that WPML translates the custom post types. From the Nexus documentation:

WPML needs to be told to translate the Custom Post Types associated with the sliders and portfolio (see this related WPML Forum Entry). To get WPML working correctly with Nexus: 1. In WP-Admin, navigate to WPML > Translation options. 2. Locate the Custom posts metabox on the page. 3. Set Portfolio Items, Flex Slides, Content Slides, and CP Slides to Translate and save the changes Once WPML has been configured to translate the Custom Post Types, the sliders and portfolios should populate correctly.

Thanks for your interest! Sorry about that – that marketing copy was reused from a previous theme. Nexus does not come with a carousel recent posts shortcode. Regarding UberMenu – Nexus hasn’t been tested for compatibility with it.

Thanks for your continued interest! I think you’ll find that the Safari flash goes away if you close the ThemeForest preview bar by clicking the “Remove Frame” in the top left. You can add links to the caption text in the Flexslider.

No problem . One thing that might work well there is the Flexslider shortcode. You could add the images of the business you want to feature plus put the text in a caption.
