PLEASE RESPONSE TO YOUR ADAPTIVE THEME SUPPORT QUESTIONS I have the same problem, as it is mentioned before by the others,

“Is it possible to populate the subheader-wrapper area with a different image per page? I’d just like to use an image as a background in this area as well as the header text (or not) if possible. Is this do-able?” ( JULY 31 )

Will there be an update soon, It would be great because my client wants see different subheader images for every page.

Hi @aledmann,

An error message like that usually indicates that there’s a configuration problem with either the Configure SMTP or Contact Form 7 plugins.

I’d check to make sure that the Configure SMTP plugin is sending test emails correctly (there’s a “Send test email” button on the plugin configuration page). If that works, check the mail settings for the Contact Form 7 form. If that doesn’t do it, open up a thread on the support forum and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Hi mate, no the test emails are not sending either. It says “SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.”

It even say this when I try it with my Gmail account.

How to set up the form to show up exactly like the demo site? Like this: http://screencast.com/t/Qa40U4VxeAz

I imported the sample date and added a contact form, then use the short code, but the contact form doesn’t look the same as the sample site. The form fields do not layout like that, there is no reminder text in the filed, there is no nice blue submit button (get a quote) as shown on the demo site. Please help! Thanks!

A few pre-purchase questions.

1. Does this theme work with multisite? All of my sites are WordPress multisite subdomains and if the theme is built correctly there should be no problems but I like to ask first.

2. Does this theme create any of its own database tables? If so, what for and what is stored in the tables? *I am very particular about my database and what info gets stored in there and how.

3. On the sliders, do I have full control over all the animations used? I noticed when I click play on the video in a slider it does not pause. I also had a problem filling out the form on a slider, it moved while I was filling it out…. bad… (I know there is a pause button, but people wont click that)

Thanks so much for your interest. To answer your questions:

1. The theme does work with multisite.

2. The theme doesn’t create any of its own database tables.

3. The slider does let you control the animations – the slide content is animated with the use of [animate] shortcodes. You can use them to completely customize the behavior of the slider. Regarding the video and the form behavior – they should pause but we’ve been made aware that some recent browser updates (particularly Chrome) have broken this behavior. We’re working on a fix for this issue.

Still not getting any responses to my questions in support. Don’t think they are too hard! Hope you don’t mind if I post them here? 1) I have changed one of your icons for one of my own.
