Where is the support for the Theme? It’s a great theme, so many options but definately a lack of support.

Could you tell me how to change to social images up the top?

I need to make them a bit bigger and in colour. Also is there a YouTube option?

This looks like a fantastic theme! Is it possible to run it as a one page theme?

The signup form is missing when the theme is installed on a wordpress network. I have posted the question on the support forum 3 weeks ago but still no answer.

The portfolio items do not let you scroll through photos, just opens one at a time. Is there any way to group the photos so they have the ability to scroll through via arrow keys or mouse?

I posted a question 4 days ago and have not received an answer. The best I got was a link to a totally unrelated topic.

I have a site that needs to go live TODAY and I need to get this issue resolved.

This is a great theme, but the support is unacceptable.

Still another day goes by an no response regarding missing signup form on Wordpress Network. It has been about a month now and I have left numerous messages for the theme author to respond, but nothing. Hmm..great theme, zero support.

please help me I’ve posted in your forum 4 days ago about changing the social icons.

The support for this theme is really bad and let’s an otherwise good theme down.

I’d be tempted to say don’t buy this theme unless you are don’t mind having any support.

Are you guys going to ever come out with a gui for the slider to make it easier to work with?

I personally have no problems designing some really cool slideshows myself, but when I gave the theme to my mother and told her to design one, she just gave me the blank stare. No idea where to start. It is NOT newbie friendly, but it could be.

It is a good start, but even it needs improvement. It would be awesome if you guys took the power of your slider and make an easy to use gui based plugin out of it.

Can the navigation menu be horizontal instead of vertical?

How do you embed contact forms in your slider? Is something that can be done automatically with some options or you need to input HTML code to build the forms? Is it done by a plugin or hardcoded into the theme?

Could you please answer my question posted above 5 days ago. Grouping photos comes with prettyPhoto, I do not understand why you would disregard this essential feature for navigating the portfolio more intuitively.

Do you have any documentation on how to configure the homepage? I can guess, but a preferred method would be helpful.

Buyer Beware – This is a great theme, but unfortunatly is not working properly on IE8 or IE9 . You can see for yourself by visiting the demo site wpadaptive.com/nexus. Gradients and animations are not working. A number of posts asking for help on the issue in the support forum but no-one is getting any answers if or when it will be fixed.

Buyer Beware x2 — This IS a great theme but some of the shortcodes do not work such as the Recent Posts when using category slugs to display only certain categories (they look mangled with negative margins).
