Nexus - Responsive Business WordPress Theme

I notice that when the window gets smaller the menu just disappears. What am I doing wrong? This theme is supposed to be responsive, no? Oh and please, please don’t tell me to join another forum PLEASE . Just answer my question here if you can. Thanks.

Hi @decofleur,

Nexus comes with the ability so specify different menus for the different responsive layouts—Desktop, Tablet (Portrait), Tablet (Landscape) and Mobile. If you navigate to Appearance > Menus in the WordPress Admin, please make sure that the menus are specified in the Theme Locations metabox.

ps- I also notice that the content of each page isn’t getting skinny either- it’s just cutting off. What did I do wrong here?

Hi, I have found an issue with the theme, but don’t understand it. I have used it without problem for some time, but recently it seems that the menu color varies from one browser to the next. We tested this across 2 different PCs, with Chrome and IE9 .

Any ideas?

Hello, I am working on the theme above for a client however for some reason the social media icons and telephone icons top right seem to disappear when we view in Mozilla and IE. I cannot find any references to the actual icons anywhere. Please can you let me know what file we need to look in to fix these.

hi this theme is fantastic and I was able to set it up, but I have a problem and can not find anything about it in your documentation and support forums … how do I show more than 3 recent posts on the home page? Also, if imposed an article in evidence, there appear four stacked incorrectly.

I have been trying to contact wpadaptive for two weeks through Themeforest’s email form and no one has responded. I cannot login to support as it says I cannot be authenticated or let me choose a new password. On my Nexus-themed website, the dropdown navigation does not allow me to select items from the dropped menu, or does so sporadically. Please help. Thanks.

People at Adpative don’t care about their customers. I have posted here and on their dedicated support forum a lot of questions and asks for help and still wait an answer for months !

1. Does it have spanish translation? I need the site in spanish. 2. By any change do know if the theme is compatible with plugins such as: IDX broker or dsIDX press. I want to integrate IDX into the site. or if you know any other way of integration….

IE7 is unsupported but this is disclosed in the item description. Wish I picked that out before I bought and implemented this theme. It has 0 SEO optimization and displays text very poorly for Google.

The spinning icon after clicking submit on the form never goes away. The validation message is never displayed for a correctly submitted form.

Could you advise on any solution to this please?

Thanks for the video. The most likely cause of the behavior is an issue with the Contact Form 7 or ConfigureSMTP plugins. When you click the “Send Test Email” button in ConfigureSMTP, does it send a test email as expected?

Yes, the email itself sends fine.

But the spinning wheel stays indefinitely, with no confirmation that the message is sent. (Validation messages ‘do’ show up, e.g. incorrect captcha / email address etc.

Any ideas?

A separate issue is have is with video on the ipad2 using Chrome or Safari Browsers (and the same on my iphone 3gs with Safari / Chrome)

Regarding the separate issue I am having with video (see comment on 10th December – that relates to video in the 4th Content Slide on the homepage – http://www.mangopublic.com)

I’ve created a test on http://www.mangopublic.com/video , with a video not in a slide, just in the content of the post or page.

This works fine – so I’m guessing it’s an issue related to the code for the Content slides? Please advise.
