I’ll add myself to the list of upgrade victims. 3.5 killed my add media button too and Im not smart enough to find a work around. Please post a solution as soon as possible. Thank you

Media uploader no longer working with this theme after update to WP 3.5

People have been posting with this issue for a week and NO RESPONSE from the theme designers. Sending a COMPLAINT to Themeforest on this.

We ran into the breaking of the “insert media” button too…the following seemed to work:

wp-content/themes/nexus/prime/classes/class.admin.php commented out the following line (308): # $po_admin->option_tree_load(); this seems to have fixed an issue with the “insert media” button not working upon upgrade to WP 3.5

We’re still having problems with inserting shortcodes, though.

I am having the same issues as everyone who posted the last 10+ comments. The Add Media button does not work. Can we expect to see a patch for this soon?

The patch from the actual developers of this theme didn’t work for me. I tried the fix above from jeremy2443 and it worked perfectly.

This is a great theme however I’m having some serious issues with the filters section and I need urgent help. I have registered on your forum and have posted my question but no one is responding! I don’t know where else to go to get help.

Media Uploader button does not work and there isn’t any support for clients! Dont buy it. It’s totally waste of money.

When I go to download from theme forest i’m only getting version 1.0.4. I’m not able to download the new 1.0.4.1

I seriously need something sorted out on this theme. My gallery section isn’t working properly and I need your assistance I don’t mind paying for help but I’m at a loss here because no one responds in the forums and to date no one has responded to my post here either. My gallery images are not working properly. Please advise how to best contact you so that I can get my project finished. I have tired your forum section and would not be posting here if someone responded.

Why is it that the Nexus theme doesn’t show the full URL for images?

It’s breaks a few things, like the Open Graph meta data. I’m unable to pass the full image URL so it returns an error.

I’ve never seen a theme do that, what’s the point of not showing the full URL?

How do I fix this?

Just uploaded theme into wordpress Fatal error: Call to a member function register_handler() on a non-object in /home/beautyau/public_html/wp-includes/media.php on line 944 did fresh install and uploaded again same result.. not exactly happy at this point. Will be seeking a refund based on other comments and I will say this, in all the themes I have purchased which is around 4-5 this is the only one that has given me this type of error
