Niarra theme has been updated to version 1.2.0 with following updates:
- Added feature to choose individual gallery for gallery page
- Added related work feature in portfolio details page
- Fixed works item selection issue (as reported by @fly2006)

It is the icon that appears in the bottom right hand corner of your theme—at least in the demo version…
Under the Social Icons tab in Appearance->Theme Options page.
Can you be more specific? I’m running WordPress 3.5. Under the Appearance menu, all I see are: Themes, Widgets, Menus, Editor. Under Themes, the only selections I see listed are: Customize, Widgets, Menus. Not sure where to go. I’m using the Light version of Niarra. Thanks!

Yes, you can change the logo through theme options panel. Please go through theme options panel at least once.

In General tab you have logo option with image upload field.

+1 for change logo issue. I’ve gone through Appearance/Theme Options/ General several times. There’s no logo upload option. Perhaps broken in an upgrade? Thanks.

What files were modified in your update? I have since modified quite a few of the 1.1 files in the theme. Which specific files will I need to update via FTP to make my theme current with 1.2.0?

I’m having an issue with unwanted p and br tags in the content while using the text (html) markup tab. I’m not using the ‘Visual’ tab at all. I think this could happen with invalid html markup but not in this case. I noticed in your ‘functions.php’ page you have already delayed the ‘wpautop’ function to 99 and ‘unautop’ at 100 to run after the short codes. Do you have any suggestions to help me rid of the p tags? Thanks.
I don’t use wpautop filter functions in Niarra theme because ThemeForest will reject any theme which uses those filters.
Install shortcode-empty-paragraph-fix plugin to fix empty tags issue.

Is special carters not supported? Like Æ Ø Å? Its needed for my projekt!
The fonts being used in the theme may not support the characters you need. If this is the case, you can change the font to one that does and generate a new Cufon script for it here:
http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/1) Create a new font script at http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/
2) Place this new font script in the “js/fonts” folder
3) Open the file named “js/niarra-fonts.js”
4) Change the names to your new font’s name
5) Replace the previous font’s script call with the new one in the functions.php file
The code in the functions.php file for the current fonts is as following:

What eCommerce framework is your theme compatible with?
Niarra is not an e-commerce ready theme as we haven’t tested any of the e-commerce plugins.
If you want to use Niarra as a shop then you will have to hire someone to help you integrate e-commerce plugin of your choice.
Am I missing something here? Any CSS changes added to the Custom CSS box within the General tab are just being ignored. To edit the css I am having to edit the ../css/style.css file directly

Hi, I have a problem with youtube video on home slider. I am not sure what I’m doing wrong, but the play button is dead: http://www.honey-tongued.co.uk I have entered https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eCWfHZ2gaIo in the Slide Video. I am running the latest wordpress and niarra version and I have tried with all plugins disabled, and the same bug occurs
I just tested the youtube in slider on your website with FF, Chrome & Safari on mac and I was able to interact with the youtube player without any issues.
What browser and OS are you using?

Contact page image can be set via the “Featured Image” section in the right sidebar.

The sorting is based on the publish date of portfolio items in descending order so you can change date and time values of portfolio items to change the order of portfolio items.

No, I haven’t and don’t think that authors will test third party plugins with their themes because there are so many plugins except those which are part of the theme’s features.

Simple slider doesn’t have auto play feature.
Okay, that doesn’t help much! Is there a file I can amend to get this functionality?
You can try using the complex slider and turning off unwanted features e.g. the text panel to achieve the simple slider functionality.

I notice that the page headers I created for your template, which are 760?×?350, do not re-size on an iPhone. Use the “Featured Image” feature to add header image which will resize in iPhone or you can assign “respond” (without quotes) css class to img tag to make it responsive.
I recommend the use of Featured Image option.

Currently Niarra doesn’t have any such feature. I will add this feature in next update but I cannot give you any dates right now.
