I bought this lovely theme already.. having a huge problem here that messed up everything

What does it mean? and I have tried reinstalling the theme but did not help at all.

The error is probably caused by some opencart module that works only with your previous template, try to disable all non default opencart extensions and then enable one by one to see which one generates this error.
I recommend that you start with a fresh installation if you can because there might be customizations made to the opencart core files that also expect a certain theme to work.
As you can see in the php files paths there is no reference to theme files, the errors are not generated by theme files.
Hi This is a great looking theme nice work ! I was looking for a nice theme and this cought my eyes . How difficult is to add a FaceBook Login button , right Under This text ” Welcome visitor you can login or create an account.” on the home Page , and one on the Login/create account page.

Thank you. Opencart does not have facebook integration by default, you will need to install a 3rd party module that you can find it here
http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension&filter_search=facebook%20loginAnd then you will probably need to tweak some minor css extension from the module to match theme colors.
You can also email the extension developers to ask if they can help you move the buttons where you wish on the template.

Unfortunately the slider used in the theme does not have any other animation option available, it has only slide up/down animation.
Adding a new animation option is not trivial and requires major code modifications.
I really like your theme I would like to buy, but from SEO point of view, there are too many errors. W3C Validator produces 679 Errors, 1 warning(s). Is it possible to minimize the error

Validation errors are caused by some non standard html attributes used by the theme panel, without it the theme does not have validation errors.
By default the theme panel is not present on the store and crawlers can’t index the html with panel html code inside and it doesn’t affect SEO.
The panel it is only shown for admin users and it’s always present on my demo store for demonstration purpose.
Hi Upon instaling i encounterd some problems with search function. I am still testing site. I type in something in the search bar… and the background , meaning the banners from the slider overlays the search results.

Hi My i upgraded to opencart 1.5.4 and installed this theme, however i have a major problem!! the theme options would not save settings, the slideshow moves to fast and the home slider text wont go away, i remove them from the theme options and click save settings but nothing it just comes back up, i have also tried editing the text and putting my own stuff on there but it wont work still. is there anyway i can get this to work???? i am desperate as i am using this theme for my valentines day theme…. i have a couple of deals coming up and customers may not like what they see please help ASAP!!!

Hi Nicole, Lovely theme , could you please tell me when approximately do you plan to release the new version for 1.5.5.1 as 1.5.5 had some issues with language definitions, thus most mods were not functional.

You don’t need to login from front end, if you login with admin user in the admin area is enough to enable the theme panel on the front end.
In the docs it’s written that you need to have a user with design permission in order to use the panel but admin user has all permissions including the design one, you don’t need to add a new user if you already have admin user access.
Adding a new user with design permission is only useful if you want to give access to theme panel for somebody else, here is guide on this if this is what you want to do http://www.templatemonster.com/help/opencart-how-to-manage-user-groups-and-their-permissions.html

From the panel Theme options > Show logo text set it to hide and set Show logo image to show

The warning message is shown probably because you use opencart 1.5.5, the theme will be compatible with 1.5.5 in the next release in a few days, I will try to release it tomorrow.
For the sliders, did you add slide images from the admin and followed the installation docs to remove the modules from homepage?

Thanks for the fast reply. Unfortunately, I have followed all steps regarding slider “activation” but I’m still experiencing same problem. All slides ( images ) I have uploaded are shown one below another but not in slide mod. You can check by yourself at kaligrafija.ba .

I see that the slideshow is missing from homepage and the big images are added as banners, you need to add the images to slideshow module on homepage, please follow the installation guide from http://nico.nicolette.ro/docs/#!/slider step by step.

Hi again.. wondering if you have any tips for this theme’s optimization on mobile devices as the menu changes to top of screen and becomes a ‘drop down’ menu which is different than on a regular computer…
also if I would like to make the home slider a static single image… is this possible?
also from recent posts the blog module ‘blog manager’ works with this theme.

What kind of optimization do you have in mind? I know that the design is different on mobile but the drop down on mobile is rendered differently on mobile devices and it has good accessibility, it opens a big popup that let’s the user scroll and choose an option, making it easy for users to navigate on mobile.
Having the whole menu shown on mobile will make users scroll more when they don’t want to navigate to a category and it’s better that it’s hidden until the users chooses to enable it, so I can only change how the categories are shown when the users wants the menu visible but that will not be very different then the current popup and even if visually will be more similar with the theme design it will not improve accessibility, maybe I will improve the mobile menu in the future for all my themes but for now this is not a priority.
Currently there is no option to make it static but you can make a little hack by increasing the Slideshow speed from theme panel > Sliders & Gallery to a very big value like 36000000 (ten hours), currently it’s 7000 (7 seconds) .

You want it hidden only on mobile homepage or all mobile pages?

Even if opencart provides more than 2 levels categories in the backend it doesn’t support more than 2 in the menu, the 3rd level is visible only on the category page as refine search.
This is an opecart limitation and it can be removed only by using a third party extension http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=extension/extension&filter_search=categories%20level

Hi Nicole, when the product item page loads, right at the beginning the zoomed up photo pops up for maybe half a second. I’m assuming this is related to the cloud zoom feature. Has there been a solution to this or can I fix this somehow. Other than that, everything looks good.
