Nimble — Multipurpose Retina Ready WordPress Theme

Hi,

I absolutely love your theme and the cool little extras like the Tooltips with which I have been able to infuse quotes and other information into my basic text.

Unfortunately I have one small problem, one which I am sure is caused by me and perhaps one of my plugins, but wondered if you have a quick tip to resolve…

My blog post is not accepting a sidebar and/because the text on the first post (changes to new first post when I update posts) is out of alignent. Any suggestions?

I’m trying to add 3 static boxes under the slider on the homepage (15. homepage with blog template)—I tried adding it via the visual editor on worpress and no content appeared. Then I tried editing the template manually via the dt-homepage-blog.php file and it still doesn’t appear.

How do I get content to appear below the slider, but above the blog on the homepage w/ blog template?

How do i install dummy data?

When I try to install the theme on wordpress it says “Are you sure you want to do this? Please Try again.” and it will not let me install. Any ideas on why this is happening. I see that others have this problem also. Any answers will be appreciated.

Does this theme support multiple languages?

Has anybody else had problems with getting shortcodes working in the page editor.

The window will pop up when I select one but whenever I submit anything the page just resets.

I have deleted all plugins and tried on multiple OS and browsers with no luck.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Is anyone having trouble with page options disappearing? All the settings for slideshows and portfolios and everything show up for a second then disappear, even though they are selected in screen options…

UPDATE : Nevermind, this only happens if the page template is not a slideshow/portfolio page.

Hi, I’d like to make the menu to stick to the lower right corner of the logo/header banner and define it’s height to be different from the banner itself how could I do that?

I’m helping a friend of mine with this project / theme, but I’ve got one question. If i want to change the ajax elements for the portfolio into list itmens (that’s working) and on top of that I want to manually give in which cat’s to load, how can I do that?

To be more clear here is the function of yours which i’m trying to chage:

As you can see all the categories I want to load, are child cat’s of cat 48.. This isn’t working though..

I tried to upload the file via FTP and got the following in the themes panel… Broken theme… Template is missing. Please advise.

I am looking at this use for a local business. Is there a way to place the phone number in the upper right hand corner and show in a fairly large and obvious way (plus become a “tap to call” function when mobile)?

Its a great looking theme with TONES of options, layouts, choices etc. Great features. However, maybe too many options.

I find this theme extremely hard to operate with. Laying out pages, designing the look, adding boxes etc. is very difficult and it doesn’t perform as it should, or as its shown in the video. It is perhaps overcomplicated.

In the time I could have built 2 websites with other themes, I’ve managed to put together a couple simple pages.

Very frustrating theme.

Is there any better documentation on the contact form? Where is the settings for this?

Hi, I bought your theme it is fantastic theme. Only difficulty i have can not change the size of top menu as it is equal to logo size as it shows line-height element equal to logo size with 3 pixels less. Can you tell me where i can find line-height element coming in coming from..would be great help.

Looking at your demos on my iphone, it seems your sliders don’t perform so well. Even though you have a lot of choices, and they are gorgeous in full screens, can we disable them in your theme. I have two other sliders that are responsive and work wonderful (chop slider 3) and Lambert groups ken burns. Would they work well with your theme?

Also, is there any real difference between Konstructor and Nimble that would be helpful in me making my decision between these two and the “Nimble” of elegant themes?
