i use the version 1.3.3 and i can not deaktivate sticky navigation. when i deaktivate the checkbox sticky navigation also works – it´s no change!

Hi moutheme,

Lately we are having an issue with the header during browser loading. Menu (the blue section) seems to stretch and flicker momentarily. We havn’t seen this before until the media player is being embeded at the home page.

I checked all of those things and still not seeing the footer. I made sure that I had widgets in the footer columns and they were active. The widgets were set to 25% each which I am assuming is managed correctly. The site is www.thinkersmarketing.com. I will keep looking through the options to see if im missing something, but im not sure what that is.

Hey moutheme, I am having an issue with Gravatar on one of the WP Pages. The issue is that the page has 8000+ comments on it and the java script that process the gravatar stuff runs so long that the Browser complains about it. Is there a way to turn off this feature for a specific WP page? Thanks, -Bill

I emailed you about removing the magnifying glass and paper clip icon (when you roll the mouse over a link to a portfolio item, such as recent works). Thanks once again for a quality theme. Client loves it and we’re about to launch. One question before we do:

I have added a gallery to one page by adding image boxes in columns on the page. I need to make this gallery scrollable if possible. Is there anyway I can do this? You mentioned before about using a portfolio as a gallery but this doesn’t work as I would need to remove the paper clip icon that appears on hover. But I can’t do this because I need the paperclip icon for the portfolio page. I hope this makes sense?

Hi, I mean to be able to scroll through the images. Flick through them one by one. So the page has an image gallery on it. I have added the images using image boxes. I went to be able to click on an image and when it magnifies be able to use arrows or the keyboard arrows to look through the rest of the images on the gallery page. At the moment I can only open an image and then close it. I can’t click on an arrow to move on to the next one.

Do you know what I mean?!

We have a issue with the portfolio post short code. We have multiple portfolio post short codes on one page with different categories, but when you click on one of the arrows all of the portfolio post sections rotate as well. Is there a way to fix this ???

For portfolio items (using the Half Page lyout), is there a certain size the images need to be? Seems like it is stretching out the photo.

Also, on Portfolio items at the top right where it has the arrows and the ALL button in the middle….where is that supposed to link to? Why does it say ALL? It doesnt go anywhere. thanks

sorry for the delay. On the portfolio single project page with “mini” layout it is the 870 pixels wide image. It is resized by WordPress.

The “All” link is your portfolio page. It is the “Portfolio Page” setting in theme options, “Portfolio” section. Select the page which is your portfolio page.

I have an idea. Do you actually have any categories for your portfolio? This message may come because you have the filter enabled in theme settings, but there is nothing to show in it – no categories for your item. Am I right?

Can you please provide detailed update instructions? I just tried to update the parent and child theme, saved the backup code and reimported it. Only the content and a few basic settings I made came through the update – not even my logo was still there! Luckily I backed up the whole site before doing the update.

You can’t lose the changes in options with the update – I don’t know what you did. Options saved in database, and you did not erase them with updating theme files. And you never update a child theme – the point of this theme is to save the changes you make to the theme files. There is nothing to update there.

You maybe need just to click Save in theme options to generate a new CSS file with your options. Because previous was replaced with default.

Thanks for replying quickly. I have used many themes and they all have slightly different ways to update so it would be best if you gave instructions. I’ve done that for you.
1. Download new Zip from Themeforest
2. Unpack zip to see files to use
3. Backup > Backup Options > OK > saved code into text pad for upload into new version of theme
4. Saved Custom CSS code into text pad
5. Backup entire site with backup plugin
6. Delete Nine older parent theme (if not the new version will not upload because it will detect "Destination folder already exists")
7. Upload Nine 2.0 zip
8. Reactivate Nine child theme
9. Backup > Copy code from step 3 into box and save
I did loose the font settings in Revolution Slider. What happened to them? The settings are like this but I see Arial. Load Google Font: Lato CSS Example:
