Hi,

I want to purchase this for our Church, but wonder if the color scheme are customizable beyond the stock colors you provide? – I some HTML and CSS and would like to use this to duplicate the look of our website.

Thanks! Deb

Hi Deb,

Thanks for your interest in Ninja Mailer, yes you can create your own color scheme and it’s very easy process, you have to update the header and footer background (in Photoshop) and in the HTML using any text editor with “Find and Replace” functionality (such as Notepad) you can replace the old color with the new one.

If you need any help feel free to contact me via my profile contact form.

Regards.

I want to learn more about this before I purchase. Does it come with inline CSS?

Hi PTEssentials,

Thanks for purchasing Ninja Mailer, unfortunately the template doesn’t include external drag and drop editor, but as you can see the code is commented so it’s clearly seen where each content starts and ends so it can be duplicated via copy/paste or removed as explained in the help documentation.

Regards.

No worries, one last question. I no it says you can import it to mail chimp, but once there can you do the editing through that? Im definitly not tech savy and cannot even get to your code comments. Not your fault but if I can easily do these edits ie through mailchimp or somthing dont think this will be for me .

Thanks again

Yes you can edit the template in Mailchimp’s visual editor, for more information about importing the template into Mailchimp please check out the included help documentation.

Hi,

I bought this template and love it. I’m not much of a coder, but is there any way to make the short ‘Read More’ sections/blocks expand to full content when clicked? like a show/hide function? Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

Thanks Jacob

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for purchasing Ninja Mailer, unfortunately it’s not possible to make sections/blocks expand in email clients because of email clients compatibility which is way behind web standards.

For now the “Read More” suppose to have a link to the full article on your website.

Regards.

Hi, I really like this template but I’m having a problem using the Photoshop template. I’ve followed your instructions and everything seems to work, except that for some reason, after I’ve loaded all the photos, etc., the page continues to open to the original photos/texts even though when I go into images, the new text and photos have replaced the original. I’ve tried it several times and I’ve actually noticed that the photos/text in images will even change back to the original even though at last check, the new were there. Does this make any sense? It’s difficult to explain as it is an odd problem. Is there an additional step that I need to take to make sure the page actually connects to the correct photo/banner? thank you

Hi dmaelements,

Thanks for purchasing Ninja Mailer. The problem you are facing can be caused by couple of reasons:

- if you replaced images with yours in .psd file without exporting them to images folder (if your images appear in the images folder that’s not the case);

- if you exported them but with different names or extensions than I created (in this case the original images would still appear in the images folder next to your new images, if that’s the problem you need to rename them to names which I created or in the code change the names to your images names);

- if you exported them to the images folder of different color than you are using (make sure they are located inside images folder of color you are using).

If none of these is the problem please compress layout with images folder and send them to gifkynet {@} gmail.com so I can inspect the problem.

Is there a responsive version of the Ninja Mailer?

Hi paketo,

Thanks for your interest in Ninja Mailer. Unfortunately there is no responsive version of this template.

You can check Smartx Mail and Idea Mail, both of those templates are responsive.

Thanks, saw those. Might try one of them.
