1. We really, really, really take a lot of time to build documentations, our documentations are big, thorough and made in such fashion that everyone understands! So before asking a question, please do take the time to read the documentation carefully!

2. We hate sarcastic buyers just as much as you hate sarcastic authors! Let’s be polite and keep our discussions professional! We are polite and our interest is to solve your issue and see you happy!

3. If you purchased one of our mobile templates or themes and you’d like to redirect your main site to the mobile page, we offer our buyers a mobile redirect script! You can get the script on our Support Page and enter your buyer code! Further instructions provided there along with the redirect script and a small manual!

5. Difference between a template and a theme. In our portfolio, templates cost between 7$ and 10$ , WordPress themes cost between 25$ and 30$. Attention! Templates cannot be added to WordPress without prior conversion! Envato will not offer a refund if you purchase the wrong one! Please check carefully before purchase!

I have installed the template. The images are not showing up? The design is all messed up?

Please read the first chapter of the documentation! Make sure you’ve copied all files to the server!

I love the web application. How am I suppose to use it on other phones?

The web application is made to work with all phones that have a 320×480 screen! I cannot vouch it will work on all phones but I can tell you I’ve tested the app on a Samsung Galaxy S 1 / 2 ( Android 2.3 ) , an iPhone 4, 3Gs ( iOS5 ) , iPhone 3Gs , and it performed as it should! So, it should work with most devices!

There is something wrong! After I added a new list / portfolio / item floated left, the content got out of the page? What now!?

Simple, first, please read the documentation, second, to fix an error like this after you’ve closed your , there is a special class that clears any trouble, simply add it like so!

What are the image resolutions? How can I find out?

Read the documentation, if I skipped any, I will kindly tell you on the Item Comment page, just ask!

Can I use videos in 1/2/3 column galleries?

Of course you can! If you are using videos from YouTube or Vimeo, just set them to the correct resolution, that being the same resolution as your image!

I can’t find the .php file that sends the mail… did you included in the pack?

Yes, I did, but it’s called in through jQuery, that means, if you don’t see a php script in the file you illegally downloaded this file. To get the contact form working you will have to purchase this file!

After purchasing this template, contact me through my profile. I will provide you with a JS script that automatically detects all mobile browsers and redirects to the correct location! I have not included this in the pack, because some users with big screen phones like Note and S2 use the regular site to browse!
