Hi, I like this theme very much, and I finally bought it.

I have some problems configuring it to fit my needs: - I want to remove author name and comment count from the view that displays the blog posts on the menu page. I’ve removed them in the view, but in the preview I see “Author: [author_name]”. How can I remove that? - in the Tags block, how can I add a link to show ALL the tags?

Nice this theme, congratulation for that !! I have a problem with flexslider run on internet explorer 9, the pictures don´t show up on 2º and 3º slide, please do you have a fix ??

Does Norma support just the red color scheme or does it have additional color schemes.

Or, can the reds, be easily changed to other desired colors?

Flex slider <next> <previous> navigation arrow on home page does not function while on windows 8 chrome 30+ browser. Also red pager dots not visible. Any quick fixes for this?

Very nice theme. We have issues with the 3rd level menu. The menu opens up at this level and freezes.

Hi,

I have purchased the Norma theme and installed it on a existing site and it doesn’t work properly.

My local site structure is different so I have moved the modules into the correct local folders. (which would be sweet if they where pre-grouped, for installing on a existing site).

/libraries (all from \Norma_Drupal_1.1\New Drupal Installation\sites\all\libraries) (all from \Norma_Drupal_1.1\Existing Drupal Installation\libraries)

/modules/contrib (all from \Norma_Drupal_1.1\New Drupal Installation\sites\all\modules) (all from \Norma_Drupal_1.1\Existing Drupal Installation\modules)

/modules/features (the feature folders from \Norma_Drupal_1.1\Existing Drupal Installation\modules)

Enabled all features and … nothing happened and 4 features are overriden and can’t be reverted. Probably because some of the modules aren’t enabled, due to a missing dependency in the feature.

The modules which I expected to be enabled, like block, twitter, panels, etc and would form the site are not enabled by the features. So my frontpage is really really blank.

Also the features don’t have a features/module tag in contradiction to your documentation. So it was not very clear which to enable.

Could you please explain how I get the site working like the example site, without using the install profile, which I can’t use, because the site is running on a central/multisite Drupal setup.

What absolute rubbish. After two weeks trying to get the Demo version of this theme installed as I see now that others have struggled to do, another three days later and the vendor has failed to reply. I simply can’t wait for unknown periods any longer with a “site” that is completely broken. This has cost me over thirty hours of labor and seriously delayed my launch. I now have to start from scratch (yet again) with some other theme.

In my experience both the software and the “support” provided by the vendor fall very comprehensively short of merchantable quality. Under no circumstances will I purchase any product from ThemeREX again.

Refund my purchase price immediately before I launch legal action.

We do not bear any responsibility if you don’t learn about the product before the purchase.

- You notified us that you came across some glitch with the demo content when installing clean drupal and our theme. You describled it in details, what you failed to do and how you were unsatisfied with the result; however you never mentioned what exactly the glitch was, and never provided any useful information.
- Our support operator received your query and requested an access to your website.

- Our support operator has backed up your data and installed the drupal with demo data, the way you described. The installation was performed on your database, with different prefix. So your old data (if you have it) is safe.
- When installing drupal, there was an error of creating a table. Most probably, this error was related to the settings of your database server or access permission of the database user. And it’s in no way related to our theme.
- After you cancelled the access permission, we are not able to help you.

Please, note:
- CMS theem customization (considering such complicated conditions as yours) requires good qualification. It’s not enough to know how an admin panel is arranged.

Why on earth is this item listed as supporting Drupal Commerce? I purchased it with the sole intention of having a reasonable looking cookie cutter commerce system. It supports Drupal Commerce no more than any other installation of Drupal.
