Contact Envato Support

Feel like an idot. Is there any install docs?
Yes, in the folder documentation in your downloaded files.
This is not what I am interested in. I am sorry. I just purchased and would like a refund. I am truly sorry.
Sorry but i don’t have access to refund.
You must contact with Envato support and asking it.
I love the theme but there is a minor issue in IE10, there is a red border around the logo. Is there any chance a fix would be released?
Hi,
thanks for purchasing and for the kind words.
Just add this line in /stylesheets/layout.css to resolve it
a img {border:0;}Wow thanks, now that is what I call customer service!
Thank you too!
How do you make the top nav 3 items, spaced nicely? Where you have “web hosting, vps, servers, features, blog”
Hi,
if you have only 3 items in the menu, open /stylesheets/layout.css, go to line 67 (.nav ul li) and change the width from 20% to 33.33333%
Thanks
how about for the whmcs theme?
whmcs footer also has blank white space at the bottom. how can I correct this?
I can’t reproduce this to my template. Anyway, you can add content to push the footer down, or you can add a margin-top value to footer class in WHMCS template /stylesheets/layout.css line 100.
Sorry for being a noob, I thought the default layout would become the same as on the livedemo but I found only the header and footer were changed.
I wonder what I can do in order to make my front page 100% same as on the html demo? It is not included in the documentation.
Sorry for the question.
Hi,
thanks for purchasing.
I don;t understand the question. Are you talking about WHMCS template?
If yes, as described in the item details the WHMCS template is a basic template (header/footer implementation, no responsive).
You purchased a HTML template, not a WHMCS theme.
Sorry I think I still do not understand. I could copy the files to WHMCS and I could select from the template menu. The header and footer have changed to your design but not the middle part (showing the packages and also the slider). Did you mean I cannot do this with your template? Thanks
Hi,
It is not a WHMCS theme, it is a HTML template. When go to the the item here to ThemeForest to purchase it, it writes “North Host – Web Hosting, Responsive HTML Template”.
So, This item selling as HTML template, not as a WHMCS template. I giving the WHMCS template as free, an extra, an addon but it has a basic integration. In item description it is clear : “WHMCS Template included (Header/Footer implementation, no responsive)”
Thanks
Any way to make twitter use ssl on the whmcs template so google chrome does not give an alert for mixed content. If not how can I disable the script and even out the bottom row?
I don’t know if twitter API working with https, it is not a theme issue. You can try change the call to API to https in WHMCS template folder /javascripts/jquery.tweetable.js line 34.
If it doesn’t work disable the script (remove it) on footer.tpl line 89.
FYI on line 11 if you change <link href=’http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Sans:400,700' rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’> to <link href=’//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Droid+Sans:400,700’ rel=’stylesheet’ type=’text/css’> it will switch from http to https automatically.
Thanks for the info.
Thanks for all the help. You missed one of my questions. I wanted to know how to change the number of menu items in the whcms menu? “web hosting, vps, servers, features, blog” to 3 or 4 items.
sorry for the missed question.
to not confused, just open WHMCS /stylesheets/layout.css and to the lines from 53 to 97, copy/paste the navigation/nav css elements to have in layout.css of HTML template.
This makes the last menu item (number 5 of 5) insert below the first menu item. It does look like it has a square placed for it but hover does not work on the last square.
i don’t understand. In the previous question you didn’t asking how to make the menu to dsiplaying nicely with 3 items?
You have 3 items in HTML and 5 items in WHMCS ?
Sorry, i ended up with 5 items for html and whmcs.
so,
f you have 5 items in the menu, open /stylesheets/layout.css, go to line 67 (.nav ul li) and change the width to 20%.
Copy all navigation/nav elements and paste them to WHMCS /stylesheets/layout.css lines from 53 to 97
I already hade the 20% in the html css. When I copy the nav elements to the whmcs css I end up the the last menu item under the first.
I sent you the website via your contact form so you can see the problem.
Thanks for this.
I’ll take a look and i come back with an answer.
How can I make the order now buttons in the price box black or red?
Take a look to the code of this page http://themes.audemedia.com/html/north-host/typography.html to see how to apply colors to buttons via css.
What version(s) of WHMCS is the included WHMCS template tested with?
Hi,
5.1.
The WHMCS integration is so simple (header / footer) that i can’t see how it is incompatible to any version.
Thanks.
The client password reset feature for whmcs does not work with this template. It was completely rewritten in 5.2
Just i tested this, in WHMCS 5.2.5
No issues. Something you make wrong in the process.
I have a quick question regarding the customize of the North Host – html tempalate.
I am looking to change the background to each one of http://prntscr.com/154vgn with my own .png graphics. Not sure if i am correct here but i seem to think theses gradients and not images. But i am not sure how i would replace theses with my own custom images.
Hope you can help.
-David
Hi,
thanks for purchasing.
No, they are images and you can find them in folder /images/pricingbox
You can apply your png files in stylesheet /stylesheets/layout.css under the line 164 (it has a comment /* Pricing Boxes
—-—-—-—-—*/)Excellent love the look and design of the template, using this for the first time noticed links for live chat link can you recommend any app that would work well with this template. Also is there a default template page i can use to create a new page example for FAQ linked to help and support.
Using Dreamweaver to edit files.
Regards
Hi,
thanks for purchasing and for the kind words.
Usually the live chat apps, giving an embed code that you must use in your site. The link for live chat in the template mainly concerns live chat that included in other hosting applications like WHMCS for billing and Kayako for support. So, if you choose a live chat that is not opening in a popup or a modal you can use this link. If you choose a live chat that giving embed code (like Olark) you don’t need the link. I can’t recommend something i don’t have many experience with live chat apps
.
I don’t understand how exactly you need the page template for FAQ linked to help and support. For FAQ you can use the template in video-tutorials.html (http://themes.audemedia.com/html/north-host/video-tutorials.html).
Thanks again!
WHMCS 5.2.5 password reset issue:
Where a client requests a reset password everything works and the client receives an email with the link to reset the password. Once the client clicks the link the password cannot be reset, all it says is password change succeeded. I was able to fix the problem by taking the default them from 5.2.5 and renaming it mytheme. then i took the following files and folders from the original 5.1.x northhost whmcs packege:images, javascripts, stylesheets folders and header.tpl,footer.tpl files. If you do this then all functionality will work in 5.2.5. It would be nice to have an official release tough because in my method I may have missed something. I also used KDiff3 to compare both directories.
Thanks for clarification, you have right.
I’ll come back with an update about this issue.
Great customer service yet again! It would make sense to leave the original for 5.1 and add this new one for 5.2 because it would appear that whmcs is very version sensitive. I really love this template!
