Hello, upon importing the stamp ready compatible index.html file into the template editor.. There is no drag position icon or ‘hide’ and ‘duplicate’ buttons which appear when hovering over a section like in the demo here on themeforest.

Is there a way one can change the font? The one in your demo doesn’t support international characters or Umlauts and there’s no alternative to choose from in your backend.

(BTW – could have sworn I’ve asked this before, but maybe the comment got lost somehow.)

I sent an email to your support email address 5 days ago and still no response.

Inside the template editor it is not showing the drag position element and hide and duplicate buttons like advertised.

Also the template is all miss-aligned when receiving on Nexus 5, it looks horrible! I have not tested on other phones as yet.

I am using MAC 10.9.2 (latest) and the latest versions of chrome and safari. I have tried importing several times on both browsers now to no avail.

I have also tried downloading on my pc and it has exactly the same problem with the on hover elements in the editor not showing.

These show fine on the templates demo here on themeforest. So this is very misleading to anyone buying this theme!

All hover elements seem to be suddenly working now, im guessing the theme editors code was updated. Thanks!! ;)

Hello, is possible upload and host images directly to the personal server?

Hi mdew, yes this is possible. Just change your images in the Editor and export your template to Desktop. There you can upload the images to your own server. The only thing you have to do is to link the images in the code with the path of your own server and you are ready to go.

sorry for the maybe silly question but … i bought and downloaded the template … where and how am i able to use the editor like shown in the preview?

i read the FAQs and the documentation, but i don’t see how to get it work? i thought i don’t have to edit the HTML manually …

Hi nyghtfly, no problem, there is a folder in the package called Editor Dashboard, open the link inside, scroll down and click “launch editing daschboard”. Your good to go.

hey stampready-team!

we got a problem with the template sending to outlook. we all know MS always is the problem for html, css and such thing … if we send a test-newsletter, the pictures are not shown and the typographie is some standard font … times i guess. even after we changed the security settings and “downloaded the hidden elements because of security”. there is the possibility from outlook for viewing the mail in browser for “if the mail isn’t shown correctly”, but after that it’s the same with typography and the pictures got black bars over and under it. I think it has something to do with “margin” or “padding” which IE oder MS doesn’t support.

Any ideas for a solution? Thanks a lot again and have a great day!!

Outlook is indeed a pain for developers, especially when you try to raise the bar.

However, if we want to have everything look great on Outlook, we need to adjust some settings and lose all the nice touches like fonts. We’ve written your comments down and we’re gonna take action to fix these issues.

A few things mentioning about Outlook: - Background images are not supported, we need to rely on solid background colors. Background images are only used for decorations purposes. - Outlook only supports web safe fonts. - Outlook automatically blocks images by default.

Most important thing; Outlook users are expecting newsletters to be ‘boring/ugly’.
