this question has to do with the home slider in novo – wp. where do you change/edit the small image boxes under the slider text?

You can change via Photoshop. In PSD folder you’ll find navigation_icons.psd file. Edit, and reupload images.
where can i find this “Novo-wp/css/colors.css” in my wp dashboard?
You can’t. You need to open color.css in some txt editor like Notepad++, Sublime Text, etc… and edit part of the code. Than save and reupload edited color.css file.
I’m having issues with the header. When I scroll down, the header isn’t showing up in the fixed position. It’s just scrolling up with the rest of the pages.
Please open your admin panel (www.yoursite.com/wp-admin) and in “Setting -> Reading” set “Front page displays” to “Your latest posts”.
That should solve your problem.
hi.. many compliments for this theme…. but a i need change the “max depth for menu is one level” with multi level.. like a default menu usage.. can you help me???

I’ve just purchased this theme and tried to install it in my wordpress webpage. But I’ve got an error while installing it. The error message shows that the theme is missing the ‘style.css stylesheet’. Can you let me know what’s wrong with my file?
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
Theme install failed.
When you download theme, you need to extract .zip file. Inside .zip file you’ll find folders PSD, DEMO CONTENT, MANUAL and SITE. Site is key folder.

First, this looks like a very cool theme. Well done and thank you!
We have installed all, and imported your demp content. This has loaded fine, and the site works great, when the ‘reading’ is set to ‘front page home’, but of course the menu does not float then.
No worries, as you wrote before here, we just need to select ‘Your latest posts’ for ‘reading’.
However, when ‘Your latest posts’ is selected, the site is no longer loading, and we just see the spinning blue ‘loading’ graphic.
Any ideas? Kinds stalled for now!

Hi,
I had a question in regards to this template.
I noticed that when you click on a blog or other items that are on a seperate page, they open in a shadowbox format. Can it be set so they open as a full width page so that the users can see the top menu?
Also can the slider be changed so that it is sliding images rather or can it be swapped for another slider?

Can I use more “members” on the page? For instance we have 10 employes can they all be listed with the format you show 3 on each row? Also Can I use longer “about” paragraphs?
You can have 1, 2, 3 or 4 items and you can have larger about paragraph.
so the maximum “team” members can be only 4 ?
No. As many as you want. 5, 6, 10, 30… etc…
MULTICOLLOR?? in CSS directly? :/ I need your template multicolor, only you can change de menu color but the other color directly in the CSS? you need to upgrade to change all the collors in the template. i need to change links H2 a other html objetc. all apear in #0ccc

Hi there – I was on the verge of buying the theme until I pulled it up on my iPad. The slider text pushes down the nav bar. Looks a bit wonky. (Looks great on the iPhone, though.) Is there a fix being worked on?

You can fix that if you change the font size (make it smaller), but we will consider that for an update in the next release.

Hello – Really digging this themes aesthetics/functionality. I would like to purchase but was wondering how customizable each page is? I need a section that is much more text heavy than any pages you currently have and I dont want it to be hidden in a project/blog like post. Would it be possible to make a page that is more traditional paragraph style? Maybe 2 or 3 columns. THANKS!

Well, actually it works just great for all other users. You need to setup your wordpress theme. Did you import demo content as noted in manual?
Without importing an XML doc nothing works! Doesn’t make sense, that it doesn’t work properly after theme install, as with all other themes. Why cant you simply populate with content after activating? Really odd?
One way is to import XML to have on site content. Another way is to create your own content manually. That’s just the way how wordpress works.
I started out by adding my own content in-line with your tut here: http://www.support.drythemes.com/discussion/719/trouble-with-portfolio-image-on-main-page ...it didn’t work. Only once the XML was imported did it work, and my content appeared properly?

Is possible to use the image on the home slider without the color filter? (black and white in the example)
Photo in background doesn’t have filter. If you put there photo in color, will be colored photo
PS. And is it possible to change the image on the background, as the text changes too?
No. Just txt can change
Is there a way the portfolio section rearranges to show the ones selected on top? I have quite a few portfolio sections and when the ones at the bottom are selected the user can’t see it. Is there a code hack or something that I can put in place?

You can have on Novo as well as on Kronos 2, 3 and 4 items in a row. And you can have as many rows as you want one below other…
