When it is loading slider in Fireworks browser, it looks weird for a few second…Do you know why ?

What is the optimal size for the slider images? Mine seem to either scale up/down so am confused as to what I should put the dimensions as.

bad support (they simply don’t respond), very bad documented, don’t worth the buy, stay away from theme like this. by a disappointed buyer

Sorry to hear you’re dissapointed with the theme. What document are you referring if I may ask? And what are dissapointed properties of this theme that you would advice others to stay away? We’ve had quite good reactions from other buyers, so I’m a bit surprised by your bad experience. If there’s something that we can do to make the theme better, then I would very much like to know

Hi,
Once again requesting support. You forum states that messages will be replied to within 48 hours. We have now been waiting 5 days on behalf of our client.
As previous comments have stated, support here is not good, especially for such a major issue.
We posted this in the support forum…
“The slider is having a large number of issues when viewing in different browsers and monitors.
If you have the page open then maximise or minimise the browser, the slider does not respond correctly.
If I open the website on a large monitor, it crops half of the image off.
The slider gets cut off half way on the iPad, then as it slides to the next image, there is a pause where half of the previous image gets stuck on the page.
In every browser, the slider is extremely slow to load.”

Yes it’s possible, but would require some changes in the html. If you have experience in that area then I don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t be possible

Still waiting on the “urgent” ticket…
I can’t find the purchase code to create an account to get access to the support form. I have to say I’m disappointed in this theme. I think that overall structure and module positions would be for the most part setup for me ready to just insert my content. The documentation doesn’t show you how to setup the frontpage slideshow, etc. Overall if I wanted to work hard and put in the hours to design this template I would have started from scratch and designed it myself. I bought this because I thought that it would be setup for me ready to insert my images and content. I don’t know how to use the psd files so that I get that structure on my website. How do I get a refund?

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our theme. WordPress themes normally need some effort to set up correctly. There are to many scenario’s to take into acount. The way you want to set it up with images might be completely different then how other users want it. Therefore there’s no one layout, but we offer a lot of tools to create a varied set of layouts. The shortcodes, widgets and page templates are some of the tools to achieve that
The PSD files have nothing to do with WordPress really. It’s merely the design this theme is based on. That counts for all WordPress themes here on themeforest, or in general.
