I am interested in buying this theme but I have a few questions first.
1.) Do the portfolio items have video support?
2.) In the Portfolio Grid view can portfolio items link to external websites instead of a portfolio item page?

I need one more clarification on question #1. I watched the screencast on portfolio items, and it only showed video support through a lightbox on the portfolio page. Is there a way to have an embedded video in place of the featured image on the portfolio item page?

Hi I am interested in buying this theme. I want to have a widget in the upper right corner. Is that possible? It’s for the language plugin qtranslate and is just for adding flags with the option to choose language.
I am not asking for this specific plugin but in general for that area of the page.

That’s not possible by default. Then you need to create a new widget area or you need to edit the /header.php to add it manually.

I’m having problems with deleting slides from the normal slider. I can edit them with titles but the delete button doesnt work. Allready tried different browsers but that doesnt solve the problem. How can i fix this? Setting up a whole new page every time i want to edit something in the slider isnt very nice

Hey, I’m considering this theme for my design business. I also use WooCommerce, will this theme work with WooCommerce. I recently purchased a Themeforest theme that breaks when WooCommerce is enabled and I don’t want to waste another $50 if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance for your help. Cheers.

There was one customer who had a little styling issue when using WooCommerce with our theme, but it was Switchblade theme, the issue was resolved easily.
It’s a known issue, happens with some themes so WooThemes made a documentation on how to fix it. Not sure if Nuance will have that problem as well but if it has contact us and we’ll resolve it.

WordPress 3.5
WordPress 3.5 is released. We’re doing last checks on the updates for all the themes. They’ll be available for download tomorrow.
So, hold a bit with the WP update.
Also, before updating please make sure the plugins you’re using are compatible with 3.5
In case you already updated WordPress and have issues with the theme send over an email via the contact form on our profile page and we’ll send you over the new version.

There is a new version available. One of the fixes is for an issue with WordPress 3.5 and prepare function.
Download the theme again and install the new version.

Nevermind, solved with editing css.
I’ve been having an issue since the update. When I upload media, the thumbnails dont generate. When you attempt to open the picture uploaded it doesnt load.
Sound like a WordPress update that went wrong. Reinstall WordPress and if the issue is still there send over your WP admin and FTP info via the contact form on our profile page and we’ll take a look at it.
Does Nuance support WP MultiSite? I’ve got my site all built and beautiful, but now we’re expanding and need to use WP MultiSite, but I’d hate to lose this theme…

Hello! The theme looks really great in the demo, however I have two major problems with mine. I’m sure that they can be fixed, though.
Keep in mind that I have JUST installed the theme and haven’t changed or tweaked anything.
First of all and extremely scary: My drop down menus do not work well: Take a look at my draft site’s URL: http://meditarian.gr/web, hover over the second menu item (next to “Home”) and try clicking on the sub-menu link. Why is that…?
Second, why are ALL the fonts that I can choose from so terribly – looking in greek (in non-english characters to be more specific)? Is there any way I can make them work without editing the php files (so that I can add web safe fonts)?

Hi, thanks. I’m sorry to say though that it’s been 3 days now that I try to gain access to our forum and I cannot. This: http://cl.ly/FlW4 link shows some instructions that cannot be followed, because there is no “License Certificate” link. I asked envato and got no answer. You do not allow non-buyers to enter (can’t blame you for that). But… what am I going to do…? I’m quite desperate…

I just checked it out and you are correct, the license certificate is no longer there. Did some research and found out they moved it few days ago. It’s now in a dropdown when you click the download button.
