Our client often has events that span two days, but the theme seems to only support one date. Would it be possible to add functionality for a second date? Where should the code be edited to do so?


Sorry, it needs a custom modification. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support.

Greate Theme. im working on a project with it, but i was wandering how do i disable the animation while it loads the page, i want the page to fully load not scrolling down and the load.

How are the portfolio items in the portfolio (4 column + filterable) page sorted? It seems like it’s sorted by whatever is updated latest (even if an older published portfolio item is updated in draft mode…).

Please confirm if I’m right and how I can sort it by in the page by other things such as last published date/etc?

Note: I’m not using titles just fyi.

Hi, we recently did an upgrade to the newest version of Wordpress, and noticed the widgets area is not working properly now in the back end of the website. When we go to open the arrows to look at the widgets, the arrows don’t work at all and we can’t see the widgets… ...I found a comment where you said to update to the new version of the theme, unfortunatly we had to made some custom changes (because of company rules) for the customer… so it’s not possible to change the theme 1:1. Because of that can you tell me which files I have to update to make the widgets work again. Thanks, Daniela


Please check. There are javascript conflicts between theme’s script and plugin’s script. Try to disable all plugins

Hi there!

I recently purchased the nyx church template and I am thoroughly frustrated after 3 installations. I need help urgently because time is running out for me with my client.

Everytime I install WordPress 4.1x from the JustHost Mojo Market successfully. I proceeded from the Admin dashboard to activate Nyx and to import the xml content file that shipped with the archive file but it returns mutltiple lines of failure error stating “Failed to import [Post Name]”. I expect that the intallation at this point should look exactly like the Template demo view but it does not. When I did a repeat installation of the xml file it returns different error that objects already exist. At this point I end upo with repeated Main Menu items with the home page pointing to the thegoods demo page rather than my site’s home page.

It has really been frustrating for me. Kindly advice.

Kindly clarify what you mean by me logging in with my purchased account. We happen to have multiple accounts in my team on Envato. The one used for the purchase on the Nyx is normally used for buying stock pictures. Does this mean you have a policy that clients can only get support via the product purchase account? Do I have to then re-present these questions after logging in with the purchase account? Kindly advise on how I should proceed from here. I badly need help and quickly. I have now edited the link in main menu to the correct entry: But I could not manage to get all the components on the homepage as seen in the demo to appear. I have read earlier posts of people with similar experience but the solutions provided has not worked for me. Help please as I don’t know what I am missing here.

Hi, I tried to set the header image for sermons and blog posts by setting the ‘Featured Image’. I can see the custom image has been set and showed in the page editing screen, and I did press ‘Update’ to make sure everything is saved. However, upon checking the page, the header image stay the same with default image (the tree). The new custom ‘Featured Image’ does not show in the header.

Did I miss something?

I am trying to install this theme on Wordpress 4.1.1. Slider and homepage components are not getting populated. Any quick fix for this? I am using this theme since almost 2yrs. The issue has come only after I have upgraded to 4.1.1

You can add event category page by going to Appearance > Menus and add event category you want to menu items.

If you can’t see it, click on screen option (top right) and check on event categories.

Yes, I did it. I need the event category menu like a widget. I created a new menu called EVENT, and put it in a blog widget. But if I clic in one category dont show me only the category menu I selected, it show me all of the events.

I am having issues getting gallery to work correctly. I cannot use your support system – it keeps telling me my purchase code is incorrect and the URL isn’t valid. I’ve checked with theme forest several times and I have the correct code. This is the URL:

Here is my issue…

We are having multiple problems with the gallery.

1. You cannot add image to gallery from media library (there is no button to attach)

2. When you upload from computer you get the button to attach, but after attaching the ajax window is just blank/white. You hit the x to get out of it, and the page refreshes…

3. ...but then nothing on the admin screen ever shows the image was added and you certainly can’t drag and drop as there is nothing to to drag and drop – it looks just the same as it does before you ever add first image.

4. Then on the page itself, after adding the gallery, all the thumbnail images are broken – see the link provided. If you click on them you can see the images.

I deactivated all plugins to ensure there wasn’t a conflict but results were the same.
