I am back to this plugin/theme cause it it is the top notch.. with one question. ...... in full screen mode in iphone picture do not resize automatically only after fliiping iphone horizontaly and then back and then picture resize and fit
in normal browser mode all works well
and question two..will there be new versions etc cause this is no 1 mobile theme

I would like to know if its possible to load the obox mobile framework on a subdomain.
ie:
My domain is example.com I have installed latest WP version, I write down my posts..etc etc I want to create a mobile icon on the header with different domain name: mobile.example.com
What I need to know is if this new subdomain shows the posts via mobile of the master domain… Is it possible with your product???

Because Obox Mobile uses standard WordPress code, filters, and hooks, the plugin should work with Buddy Press.

To get your purchase code you need to login to ThemeForest and go to the “Downloads” tab, you will see a link below the theme title called “License Certificate” http://cl.ly/7thr.

Hello So if i have my wordpress with one desktop theme, and someone see my page with a hand held device, it automatic switches to mobile theme plugin?
Or the theme looks the same on desktop as mobile?
Or do i need 2 wp installs, one for desktop and mobile?

You only need one WP install. The plugin will only display the mobile version when a user visits your site with their phone.
Obox Mobile does a detection and does the switch automatically. So desktop users will still see the desktop theme

I have two questions about this framework. I want to use is as a mobile theme to my current wordpress website.
1. In my post I have custom field areas that need to publish on the mobile version. Would I be able to add in the custom fields to this theme’s files easily?
2. Will this theme work with my disqus commenting system?

Hello, I am thinking of purchasing this plugin, but have a couple of questions about its usage first.
I have a site already configured in WP. Some of its content sits in plugins (menu, tabbed content, tables etc). Is the Obox plugin able to extract the content held in here to display in a mobile optimised format? Also, am I able to configure what content from a page I want visible? An example would be that some pages have a link to download a PDF document that is not necessary in the mobile version.

Thanks for your interest in Obox Mobile!
The plugin will definitely show any content which you have setup using a plugin as long as the plugin supports mobile devices.
You can control which pages are displayed in Obox Mobile by changing the menu formatting via Appearance > Menus using the normal WordPress Nav manager.

We will have to contact the creators of this plugin to find out what standard WordPress features they use. If their code is not standard WordPress code, it would require work from by one of our Approved Modifier to get the integration perfect.

We are busy creating an ecommerce mobile plugin specifically for this reason. It will run off Obox Mobile but will have a layout more suited to ecommerce.
It should be live in 30 days time.

Unfortunately not, Obox Mobile cannot pick up custom post types dynamically which means it won’t be able to work with Woothemes’ Estate Theme.
