It seems that my plugin configuration settings keep getting erased after I set them. I’m running it on a multi-user network install. Should that matter?
Have you seen this before? Any advice on how to trouble-shoot?

You can login/register via this page on Obox: http://www.obox-design.com/please_login.cfm
Once you are registered you will be redirected to your profile where you will need to enter your Purchase Code.
To get your purchase code you need to login to ThemeForest and go to the “Downloads” tab, you will see a link below the theme title called “License Certificate” http://cl.ly/7thr. The .txt file in that download contains your “Item Purchase Code” which you can then use to login to the Obox forums.

There is a missing file in you theme as seen in error generated by wp:
“Unpacking the package… Installing the theme… The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme install failed.”
Please upload working zip file. I am not very happy with this purchase thus far. Thnkx

Obox Mobile is a plugin, not a theme. If you upload the plugin in ‘Plugins’ it will work fine.

i’ve tried making my own child theme per you documentation.
i cloned the directory of another theme, renamed it and uploaded.
it does not show in my themes.
this plugin is very complicated to work with. if you are not an advanced developer, or if you don’t need customization, i would not attempt this plugin.

MY REVIEW:
this plugin has some nice features, but has a very long way to go.
customizations are very difficult and unless you are a very advanced developer, do not even attempt customization unless you are just happy with out of the box functionality.
the css is all over the place and it lacks centralization. making child themes is almost a mystery and making changes is just flat difficult. you can’t even make your own css classes, etc.. a real nightmare.
down the road this plugin may be a real contender if the developer keeps up on fixes.
just trying to save someone some time and money and benefit from my steep learning curve w this plugin.

I have emailed you. but i stick to my original statement. This plugin is nowhere close to being worth the cost compared to how much customization is needed. This plugin caused me hours more development work and i am in the hole $300 on the very first job i used it on. My recommendation is to not buy this plugin until its far more developed.
