Andrey, what do you mean by “through the help system”? I sent you requests via PM like described in your support policy. Re-sent again all questions to your email.

3 days ago i send you a mail through support, but still i did not receive any reply. Problem is that with your site, you need to login 2 times. First on the front-end of the site than you go to the backend and you need to fill in the same login and password details. THis is not convenient!
