I can not add a custom sidebar, when i write a name and hit Add sidebar nothing happens, no add below, just a text on top: Settings have changed!, you should save them! I hit Save changes. Nothing, no sidebar name below Created sidebars, and no sidebars in widget section on Wordpress. i run latest Wordpress/lanuguage swedish… I have other themes installed and 3rd party apps.
Hello Nanaem! Funny issue! We have checked this problem. To settle it you just have to click “Add sidebar” doubly. In the next update this will work perfect.
This does not work for me, using latest Chrome browser, using the IE browser does not make any difference either though i’m currently on a Windows XP machine at the moment…

Hello Crumina, The auto update seems to fail with the following message: “An error occurred while updating OneTouch: Download failed. Could not resolve host: up.crumina.net (DNS server returned answer with no data).”
The theme is not updated and the update option isn’t available anymore. Already tried “check again” button.

Register – yes, lost password uses standart wordpress lost password form ( http://theme.crumina.net/onetouch/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword ) please note that if you change logo to your own – you will see it on that page. Other pages – shop, cart, etc all in theme style.

Hi andether! Yes, there is a xml file in our theme. Thank you for your interest for it! You can find it in your archive in the ImportXML directory. It is called content.xml. We can also set up this theme for you, if you write to our email address you login and password from fresh wordpress installation.

Tag disappear in post info on single post. At least option is needed.
Hi, We already fix that and upload emeregency update 1.8.5.1 – it now enable in autoupdate. And I sended it to you in e-mail now. We not planned to use third and fourth menus in our theme – but I will look for it and soon add a solution. We changed Tag to Category, but I think Is the best choice to add it both. 1. To add new layout template go to “Page builder”>click ”+” on the right column>write name of your templatein appropriate field>click “create template”.
Then go to Pages>Add new>select the shortcode given in the big box and delete it/ After that click “Add template”>choose the template you’ve created>click “Insert template”. In the second box to the right of the page choose page template type “Page for custom layouts” (recommended), and after that click “Update”.
Also in Page builder section you can modify current template.
2. If you want to delete author information, go to “Theme options”>inner page options, and in front of the “Author info” click “Off”

Hello jlsfernandez! Video.js is now supported for portfolio and for blog records, so if you set up VGS plugin now, it will work perfecltly.
We know about this problem with slider, we are working now on the fixing this, and this problem will be fixed in a few days.
i just updated and the facebook widget is still inheriting the background color of the footer. This has been broken for several weeks!
When will this be resolved?
Hello Taylor! It is not a bug. We primarily wanted facebook wigdet to be in the footer of the page and to have the same background color. You may change its background color with the Custom CSS code:
