What about the menu, you just have to go to Appearance>Menus>and select the one among the existing or to create the new one. Here is a link to the documentation on how to do that

The issue is solved. It was not the problem with the theme, but the problem of the installation. You had to unpack the archive and download the theme_v_1.8.7.zip, but not the whole folder “themeforest-3680565-one-touch-multifunctional-metro-stylish-theme (3)”

1. During the update no configs are lost. Only the changed files. The child theme is only the template for creating your own theme. 2. You can get informatin on child theme here

Thanks. When talking about the showcase, I meant a collection of user sites that are using your One Touch Theme
That is present in our to-do list. Ofter next theme release we will make our company site with gallery of customer sites (maded on our themes) with a part of it
I do not understand what you mean by use the widget block, or how it would build an actual sidebar. Also, When I go to theme, Options, the options tab is greyed out so I can’t edit the css.
Buddypress – Not knowing that the theme is not Buddypress compatible, we installed and activated buddy press. We decided it wasn’t for us but we did not see any obvious issues.
-I just watched a 1hr Youtube video where one of the head developers says that the new version 1.7 will now be compatible with ANY theme.Just an FYI

Hello there…..I have a problem in changing your default primary & secondary site colour from theme options. However primary colour got changed but i still see in some of the widgets the colour #57bae8 & and in footer text and other areas this colour #90a7b1 remains.

Questions: 1. what determines the ability to get the tile on the home page template to line up vertically.
2. What is the desired photo size for the wide box, and what is the desired photo size for the small box so that they all size correctly? I can send a photo of our site or you can take a look at nasconline.com
3. What was the process in setting up the “director” page on ylur demo? I was able to edit it to get part of what I want but not everything. Was this coding or did you do it in some other way that actually placed the code? I would like to change the photo along with link the squares to different pages.
When I edit a photo I get an error at the very bottom of the page in the bottom left corner referring to my Member Database

1. You can do this in Visual Composer using the narrow column for this. 2. The minimum recommended size of images is 720×240. 3. The page “Director” was made in Visual Composer in three columns template without any codes. You just have to open it in VC and edit it there.

Hi, the issue is only found when using the internet explorer browser, not any other. When using a metro tile on a page and filing the tile with an image, the image/picture is displayed on all platforms apart from IE, the image is not present only a blank tile block.
