The KC Cufón plugin works, but I can never change the font … I fulfill all the steps that tells me the plugin but still processing the same font …
Can you help me with this?
1. Download the font that you wish to use from the web.
2. Create a KC Cufon Font resource file at http://cufon.shoqolate.com/generate/. Be sure to use the specific language/accent resource that you require.
3. Upload this newly generated file to your file manager in /plugins > system > kc_cufon > fonts
4. Open this resource file to find the name of the font to enter into the configuration settings in the admin area.
5. In the admin area, replace the font name and file name with our existing settings to reflect your own. In the file name field, you will need to remove the file extension text (.font.js).
I have a question…
How I do to change the favicon?
You simply need to replace ours with yours in the template color style folder that you are using. This should be in the root level of the template color style folder. Clear your browser cache and wait. It will still take some time to change. Just go about your work for now – it will happen. ~thank you
I really like it, good work;
Having problems with install getting this error
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file
Hello, thank you for your purchase. Please open your “help-documentation” folder > index.php file with your browser. We have installation option and instructions for you there. This error means that you a.) are tying to install a file that does not fit with your existing version of Joomla or b.) that you’re trying to install the wrong file through the extension manager – which is why the XML cannot be found.
If you’re trying to install through the extension manager of an existing instance of Joomla, your only option is to install one of the “standalone-color-style” zip files. You can’t get the full quick start package or demo information as on our demo website. If you wish to install our quick start package, it is not recommend that you attempt that over an existing installation. For our standard installation, you must install all of our quick start files to an empty directory on your server while using the English Sample Data option. From there, you can then change your language pack if necessary. The English Sample Data option contains our demo data. Again, all of this information is provided for you in our help documentation > index.php file. We recommend that Akeeba Backup installation as it is 100 times faster than the standard and will often solve many configuration problems.
it seems it matters whether I am using Firefox, Explorer or Chrome on different functions. Also I cannot resize the logo
What matters as to which browser you are using? Please PM us in the form area for instructions on how to resize the logo. http://themeforest.net/user/webunderdog
I am hoping you can help me. I had the template installed but it is way diffrent in the control panel that I am used to. When I go to template manager for different colors their are no diffrent colors there. I had the Akkeba version installed but I am still a beginner, should I have had the other version installed.
Hello, both packages look exactly the same after installation. If you used the Akeeba Backup installation, you should have everything ready to go. Login to your admin area and go to extensions > template manager to choose your default color style. You should see OnecauseRed, OnecauseBlue, etc. If you used the the standard installation, which sounds like may have happened, you have to install the sample data using “English Sample Data” option during the process. This contains the demo content and information front end and back. Otherwise, you’re not going to have much much at all. Once you’re up and running, you can then install a different language pack if necessary.
Seems like it us working but I an having trouble with pages saving. I have tried several times to change globle config. Can you help
Also why can I not upload files to Media Manager not menu to do this
It could be a number of configuration issues from mail server, php.ini, .htaccess, Apache settings, etc. My recommendation is that you make sure your server meets the minimum requirements to run Joomla 3. They can be found here: http://www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html. After that, you may want to check out this forum thread for a number of possibilities: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=624&t=728066. If you’re still experiencing problems, we may need administrator access which you can send to our support email in the help documentation or through our ThemeForest profile page form. This is not common and we have not had any reported issues so I’m thinking it has to do with your server configurations.
Trying to update Joomla nd getting Error
Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in /home/urbanlig/public_html/plugins/system/remember/remember.php on line 42
I’ve emailed instructions on how to resolve the update issue. I will send instructions on the logo resize in just a moment.
I updated Joomla and now when I click on any menu item I get the above error
Are the date formats displayed on the “Events” page and at the footer of the page built in formats for the template or are they part of an extension? Thanks for your help.
They are part of the CSS typography or shorthand codes. It’s easiest to implement when using an editor other than the TinyMCE editor. We prefer the JCE Editor which is included in the quickstart package. ~Thank You
Thanks for the quick response.
dose it work with 3.3.6??
Thank you for your interest. Our quick start package is 3.1. It can be upgraded to 3.3.6, but you will need to move some files and edit the index.php. We will be happy to perform this task for you if you’re on a live server that we can reach. You can read more about this on this FAQ: http://themeforest.net/item/onecause-charity-nonprofit-joomla-theme/5791537/faqs/21497
Hi, nice theme. Does it support right to left text direction?
Thanks for your interest. It has not been tested with RTL in the current version. We will likely support RTL in the next update to this theme. Please consider following us for updates.
Installed the standard quick-start. Front page showing very well but the Template Options from the back does not display any option. Just blank and no error.
Hello, thank you for your purchase. A blank screen does mean there is an error. Please see our ‘Support’ tab for the most commonly asked questions and answers. Specifically http://themeforest.net/item/onecause-charity-nonprofit-joomla-theme/5791537/faqs/22892
Good day! Google tell me the theme is not responsive… do you have some advice to resolve this? Do you delelope some update? thanks.
Hello, this theme is absolutely responsive. Please try viewing it on your mobile or tablet device without the ThemeForest iframe bar: http://onecause.webunderdog.net
Yes! your theme is nice, easy to use and fully responsive. My question is becouse Google Test for mobile ( https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/ ) do not think the same of us :( .... try with www.ilvillinoristorante.it :(
See the page link they’ve provided for the robots.txt file. Some files and images may be blocked for the testing: http://bit.ly/1uzzy2u. It is responsive…I wouldn’t spend too much time worrying about what their mobile-friendly test says. There are many simulators and testing areas which you can use to develop your content or site.
Ok, thanks for the answer. Tell me if i can do a nice review for you. I like your theme. Thanks again
Hello, Do I have control over the color selection. For instance, if I wanted to have a deeper red color, can that be changed in the Template configuration?
Thank you for your interest. There is also a Maroon color style available in case you missed it in the demo under templates > color styles. There is no control for this in the admin area. You will need to be familiar with CSS in order to adjust the colors in the template on your own. We do offer customization services for a small additional fee.
Hi, I am considering purchasing this template. Is it compatible with Joomla 3.4.1?
Thank you for your interest. Yes, it can be with a few adjustments. You can see our FAQs on our ‘Support’ tab or we can assist you with these after installation on a live web address. These will only take a few moments and will not have to be performed on the next update.
Thanks for the quick response. I read the FAQ—and I might take advantage of your help once the template is installed on the test site.
Hi! Great Template!
I am testing the template but I can get the specials characters like ” é ”, ” ñ ”, ” ü ” and many others not used in english. What can I do to use this characters?
The main problem is in the use of titles and in the text converted to graphic mode, for the plain text or normal text not exist the problem.
Thanks for your help!
Please see our FAQs on the ‘Support’ tab for this theme. We have an answer prepared for you. http://themeforest.net/item/onecause-charity-nonprofit-joomla-theme/5791537/faqs/18171

Windows 8.1 safari 5.1

I am new in joomla and this is going to be my first site and i wanted to use this template. I just wanted to know that in joomla Can i use any template for any website like wordpress?? If yes the can the author help me out to setup this website…
Thank you for your interest. In theory, yes, you can use one of the “standalone” templates to install on an existing website running Joomla 3. With that said, you will have a good bit of work to do to make the existing content match that of the template. The help documentation is very helpful when doing this. Since you’re just starting with Joomla, we highly recommend the “quickstart” package which will give you exactly what we have on our demo site with all of the content/articles/extensions included and ready to go. We can help with installation if you prefer. We will temporarily require the necessary FTP and database information to do so. You can send us this information to our email address in the help documentation or through the ‘support’ tab form for this theme. ~Thank you
How do I remove the _intro stuff where it describes the theme? “One Cause is premium, responsive theme built with bootstrap… etc. Couldn’t find where to remove this, also on one of the page it links to ‘buy theme’, I’d like to remove anything in regard to that
For the _intro, this is a module position. In your admin area, please see extensions > module manager > select position ‘intro’ in the dropdown. This is a customHTML module position. In the bottom call-to-action area, these positions are ‘bottom1’ and ‘bottom2’ in the extensions > module manager. The module positions image in your help documentation file may help you find other positions in the future. ~Thank you
