hi. having an issue where I am unable to add widgets to my Home page. However, they work on my other pages. Any Suggestions?

When I click on the link it takes me to a page with a recycle sign.
Did you add your widgets to the “Sidebar – Frontpage” widget area.
If I setup bbPress to handle the site wide and group forums you need to uncheck the Discussion Forums box option in BuddyPress. I f I do that I am not able to insert widgets on my Home page. If I leave it checked than I am unable to use bbPress.

With buddpress, yes. When I activate bbpress and uncheck the Discussion Forums box option in BuddyPress, no.
“On the Forums” widget displays recent topics from the built-in BP forums, if you deactivate built-in BP forums then this widget generates errors which break the website.
So you’re not able to use bbPress to handle sitewide and group forums?

I understand what you’re saying about restructuting tabs.
Still, I would like to ask your help with eliminating the black underline appearing on hover before it becomes white.
On the activity bubble (where it says “Active 59 seconds ago”) The underline on hover shows white from the start.
I believe the text in the tabs is somehow defined black, even though I changed it to white.

titandt raised this a little while ago, don’t know what the outcome was but I’m also getting the avatar pixellating on the main menu. Was this resolved ? If so, how?

Not exactly what I mean . . . I don’t want it to say BASE where it should say PROFILE or MEMBER INFO or anything but BASE.

I’m looking to buy. But I can not resolve an issue with the comments of BuddyPress. Comments do not reload dynamically and need to refresh the page to see the answers online. It happens in your theme?
Which comments? Does it work when Default BP theme is active?
These are the comments we make on posts, creating a chat like facebook, comments on postings and groups in activity flow. This and other function (to share photos, comments, links and status updates from anywhere in the site for our profile to other profiles or groups on the site, are the only functions that I could not install on BuddyPress, all other major managed with free and paid plugins). I’d like to go with the theme author to get me this in my project (which aims to be large), or it could develop separate these functions. In the default theme the same thing happens, but what I wonder is whether the One Community also happens, and if it is possible to fix this, even if I have to pay for development, if you offer this service.
If it doesn’t work with default BP theme then it won’t work with my theme too and I don’t offer any services.

I cant believe anyone did not talk about this going through all the comments but when you view your demo site in the newest Firefox the hover over menu background tabs shine a different color. All other browsers work good solid hover background. Any ideas on firefox?

The tabs near the top right groups forums when you hover over them in firefox they are shaded two different colors not solid. Anyone else seeing this?
