Is there any plans to make the automotive theme responsive.
If not. Are you available for developing a responsive version based on my specifications.

It is far too much work to convert an existing theme to be responsive. I am focusing my energy on the next theme to be responsive.
SO i s there a responsive automotive theme on the way.
And if so how long until it would be released.

hi. Am back with another question. Why is it that one cannot link agents to cars like agents can be linked to houses on your other template. On my automobile template, i have tried changing the phrase on the search box and its not picking it and the search by does not seem to want to work in the same template but all these are working well in the real estate one. my website is http://www.motorsoko.com/
Please email me your wp login and I’ll check it out. As for the Agent feature, its not in automotive because normally people aren’t assigned to cars like they are to houses.

I can not for the life of me upload to wordpress! tried through upload zip, ftp. everything. how do you upload this template?!
When uploading via FTP , be sure you unzip ALL the files, so that you’re uploading the unzipped theme files to a folder under the /themes folder. For example, upload all the theme files (unzipped) to /wp-content/themes/Openhouse
I think maybe you’re not uploading the unzipped theme files, but are instead uploading the zipped file. If you need me to do this for you, I will… just send me an email from my profile page.
Hi, im not sure but with the google maps, can I use it in Australia. It’s just that when i saw the video of how to add a listing. Only US states were listed.
Also will it automatically work with Google street view?

Google Maps will work anywhere. Google Street View will work only if there is an address available for it.
Two questions re: Open House theme:
(1) Is there a way to remove the “Compare” option from all listings?
(2) Is there a way to remove the counter (ie. the number that displays beside each location in the drop down list – in the Property Finder)? I’d rather it now show how many listings are available.

Changing that text will have a ripple effect on the site and will break the search, as well as the prices in the min/max price dropdowns in the search. I could do the translation for you for a minimal customization fee if you email me from my profile page.

For Openhouse, you need to install the multilanguage version of the theme. The download link to it is in your main themeforest download.
I’m having this issue currently Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/content/41/9594841/html/wp-content/themes/Automotiv/includes/vin.php on line 53 When ever it tries to load the VIN inforamtion. What is strange was it worked perfectly and then just one day stopped working. Is this an update issue? Also I have plenty of credits left on vinquery so just so you know. You may have run out on VINs without realizing it. An older version of the theme didn’t do a great job at caching each vin. The latest update fixed that. What version are you using?
I just purchased some more from VINQuery and still the same issue. Also I am running version 2.1
I’m pretty sure it was version 2.2 or 2.3 where the caching was perfected. You should upgrade to the latest version.

I have the theme installed. I wanted to know if the registered users can register, and post properties along with the images. I have the WP site set so that registered users can register as authors, but I don’t see the link to upload messages. can you help please.
You upload the images using the upload / insert image button right above the large content text box.
I called the IDX plugin place and they said that there plugin does support the images from MLS . So therefore they would not have to login to worpdress and add images to each one. Is this true, or the the theme does not support that? They said something about using a short code to see pictures?
In the theme, you only manually upload images to “manually posted listings”. These listings are the ones that show in the slideshow. The listings generated from the dsIDXpress plugin requires nothing on your part… they automatically show up in a search, and images are automatically there. Problem with dsIDXpress is that you have absolutely no control over the quality or selection of images, or the content details of the listing, as everything is generated automatically by the plugin.

I am interested in purchasing the theme, but have a few questions for you before I do. We want visitors to be able to save listings (real estate theme). Does your theme allow for that? I see it has a login, but is there a feature that prompts them to register so they can save their listings? Also, what other features do users have when they log in?

Logging in only allows the ability to post listings. You cannot save listings.

There is the currency symbol setting in Theme Options – > General Settings.
