I tried to create an account on the support site, Where do I find my purchase code?
Is there a way to change the width of the pictures in the caption on the permalink page? I don’t want it to automatically go to 600px/560px and it looks like it has a 10px padding on each side? I want it to stay the regular size or the size I indicate on the tumblr image pop up.
Firstly thank you for purchasing one of my themes.
To find your Purchase Code take a look at this walkthrough: http://support.wildemedia.co.uk/2012/06/10/how-do-i-find-my-purchase-code/
If you could set up an account there I will be more than happy to help out.
One more thing, there seems to be an issue with the Photo Sets. The sizing or the formatting. Otherwise, I really love this code and have customized it A LOT , lol. I changed the “comment” link on the footer to a “reblog” button and got rid of that disqus. Pity I couldn’t change that icon next to the “Comment” link. Thank you for this theme.
I’m really glad your enjoying the theme. Take a look at my reply to your previous message for a link to find your purchase code.
Let me know if you have any further issues with signing up to the support forum.
I love this layout, however, the transitions from the Mansory seem to be a bit choppy? Any way to implement Isotope in here and it would be awesome for the filters to update the page without refreshing the page. Let me know, thanks
Thank you for purchasing one of my themes and I’m glad your enjoying it.
I’ve not use Isotope in a theme before so have little knowledge of it. I might implement it in my next theme and if it works better than I’ll convert Optic to it. I’m sure it is an easy thing to achieve. I might play around with it this week as I’ve now bought a licence since you mentioned it.
Interesting concept, great job!
Great Developer! Most helpful and responsive I’ve ever come across. Can’t praise enough
Wow! Thanks Nick.
It’s comments like this that help me to keep improving!
Hi.thanks for your work.
I’ve got a question about page.
I’d like to make pages that can filter by custom tags.
could you please how to do it?
Hi sorry i finally found how to do above question.

If I can, is it possible to adjust font size for each menu?
Firstly thank you for purchasing the Optic theme. It is greatly appreciated.
If you could sign up to the support forum I can help you there with adjusting the size of the menu items with a step by step guide.

Maybe you can also add this widget to it ? http://followerscounter.com
Thank you for letting me know about this widget. I might add it in the next update.
any news about new update ? date or something ?
I’m in the middle of updating 3 themes including this one. There will be an update in the next day or two. If you message me through my profile I can update you with progress on the themes update.
If u link spotify music to the post it looks out of the windows >.<, spotify embed is to big
Spotify was causing me some issues with trying to make it responsive with the masonry plugin. I’ll revisit it and come up with a fix and upload an update asap.
so will u fix it in the next update to ?
Yes I’ll be updating the theme in the next few days with a fix for the Spotify posts and adding more social network icons.
I’m a designer working for a company who has recently purchased your blog template. They’ve asked me to customise it a little to make it more suiting to out brand. Basically to create a style guide to hand over to our developer to then work his magic at it. Was wondering if you have a psd with the design laid out that I can use as a starting point? Would save me a lot of time cutting up screen grabs.
All the best,
Wonderful theme! I’m wondering how difficult it would be to add tooltips to the little icons that represent the different post types expressing in a word what they are (Photo, chat, quote, etc). I am working with an older client who has me asking. Thanks in advance for your time, greetings from Portland, OR.
Thank you for getting in contact.
We can add that with a simple line of code. I can help you with this.
Hope that helps. =]
Thank you very much for your quick reply, I just purchased the theme. I’d appreciate that tool tip code when you have a moment. I can take directions pretty well and have the tools to edit .js, php, css, etc, I just don’t possess the skills yet to write it on my own. I am Captain Cut ‘n Paste
Thank you for purchasing the theme.
Would you be able to head over to the support forum – support.wildemedia.co.uk and set up an account. Then start a new thread for your topic. That way if others have the same question they will be able to find the answer.
Hey, I asked a question the other day about acquiring a version I could work with on photoshop? Any chance of that happening? Would really appreciate it.
Oh sorry I missed your question weatheredrobot. I don’t actually have a PSD that I worked from as the original design is no where near the end result. It shouldn’t take too long to mock a wireframe up though as it is just block colours.
I had a question about the masonry feature of this theme. I left a question with further details on this in your support forum.
Thank you for purchasing the theme. It is greatly appreciated.
I have replied to your message on the forum now.
Your Tumblr Theme was included in the 16 Best Tumblr Themes post on Webelemint. Check it out and maybe tweet or share it?
Hi! I would like to buy this theme, i just want to make sure that it will be possible to increase the spacing between the posts and play with the css until it matches my website.
The reason i’m asking is because I was playing with the Dev Tools in chrome to try to add in some margin between posts and the whole site went out of whack. If you ensure that I can make simple changes like that and adding box shadows, I will buy your theme. Thanks!
Thank you for your interest in the Optic theme.
The spacing between the posts is handled via the JS plugin I’ve used called Masonry. You can also play around with the CSS until your heart is content.
If you need a hand with anything please do let me know and I’ll do my best to help out.
Hi- Great looking theme!
Want to make a purchase, but had a question about the sidebar:
In the demo as well as on sites you have listed in “Optic In The Wild” -Nothing below the latest tweet is showing. Same on the iPad as well as laptop using chrome, FF and IE. It’s like it’s cut off.
If I zoom out to 75% on Chrome I can see the extra areas- Instagram etc.
- Also comments seem to be cut off in some areas.
Can you help me with this before I make a purchase?
Thank you for the interest in my Optic theme.
I’m thinking about making the sidebar scroll so that all the content can be seen on smaller screens.
If you purchase the theme now I can help you to achieve this if you would prefer not to wait for the update.
Thanks for responding so fast! It’s a great theme- Looks really good on my Android phone. The sidebar is not too big a deal and it kinda looks good being static.
I’ll try to email you the coming week and also make a purchase.
Thanks very much
I really like the theme. I was wondering though why the Disqus comment system looks weird, as in it gets suddenly cut.
I’m going to be updating the theme today to fix this issue.
Update v1.6.3 is now ready to download. It adds a variety of new features and fixes that pesky Disqus comment issue.
