Good job! Good luck :)

Thanks:)

Great job on this. How easy is it to change the color scheme to something different? Say blueish?

LubosVolovar
Hi and thanks.

All colors are stored in separated css file, which is pretty nice structured (you can see it here).

99% of icons are made as icon fonts (the only exception are the social icons and loading animation), so you can change their appearance with just a CSS.

So it should not be a problem to create you own color scheme with just basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Basically it should be enough to mass replace existing color codes with your own.

Have a nice day

I DIG IT!! Very Nice (and nice on mobile/grt smooth dropdown menu and icons) Any chance WP in the future?!

LubosVolovar

Thanks!:) Right now I am looking for somebody to convert it into WP

Hi! I would like to buy this template, but watching the demo with Safari 5.1.9 (latest version for Snow Leopard) I saw that the slider renders very bad. On Chrome and Firefox it is all ok. Thank you.

Hello, I am unable to test in on Mac unfortunately. But this template uses default Bootstrap script, so there should be some official udpate for it in the future (if it is not a Safari issue after all).

Hi,

any reason there is no H1 header element on the homepage?

Great template :)

LubosVolovar

Hello, I leave it to the user to decide which heading should be H1 on homepage. There should be only one H1 per page and it is really hard to say which title on the homepage should it be. Demo page is just an example of possible layout. You can take a page title block from subpage (which contains H1) and place it to the homepage, so it is really up to user.

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

getting this message an advice?

LubosVolovar

Hello. This is not a WP theme, this is just HTML template.

Hi, great job. Your code work is exceptional!

I sent you an email regarding the editing of the Glyphicons as I cannot find the OTF file to edit the icons.

LubosVolovar

Thanks:) I sent you a reply.

Hi!

Great job! I was wondering if it included a contact form .php action to send for the contact page? Thanks! :)

LubosVolovar

sorry, I didn’t know that it was standard to do so. I can add it in some future update.

LubosVolovar

I just wanted to let you know, that Twitter feed and contact form are now fully working (PHP included). You can download the update from downloads. Please see the documentation on how to get everything going.

Hi ! :) just purchased your template… congrats ! I was wondering if there’s any way of adding the pictures in an easy way, such a XML file, instead of hunting one by one in the html code?! thx

LubosVolovar

Thanks a lot!:)

My pleasure… another quick question (sorry), is there any way of centralizing the left/right arrows of the sliders (home page), when the browser is shortened to small screens or portable devices? somehow, it feels awkward to have them aligned to the right… actually, I’m left handed, so I have a huge neverending fight with the world…. lol THX

LubosVolovar

I don’t know how exactly you want it to appear, everything can be done with editing the CSS. You can try to add following code at the end of style.css:

@media ( max-width: 979px ){
section.slider .nav.prev { left: 20px; right: auto; top: 50%; }
section.slider .nav.next { right: 20px; top: 50%; }
}

Is there a way to have the slider be responsive in the way that the image shrinks when the screen is smaller, rather than just keeping the image the same size and not being able to see the whole original image?

Default-user

I added those in the style.css file to overwrite just like ”@media (max-width: 480px) {” and I don’t see a difference. Do I have to add them somewhere else? Do I have to

LubosVolovar

add them at the very end of style.css

Default-user

Thanks for the quick replies. That looks to work to just add at the end.

I added a couple additional main menu items and when viewing on the large tablet size @media (max-width: 979px) the last menu item goes over the slider image, starting a second row. I edit the large tablet size section but it does not change. It looks like the main menu padding and such is the same as the normal size. If I change the padding on the normal size then that changes the large tablet size too. Is there a way to have the padding different for the normal size and then the large tablet size?

LubosVolovar

Make sure that the file is not chached. Open stylesheet directly in the browser “yourdomain.com/assets/css/style.css” and hit ctrl+r to refresh. Check the end of the file if the code above is really there.

Share link to your page and I can take a look at it.

Default-user

Ok. I tried a test with the exact files I downloaded and simply added 2 more main menu items and the code you listed above and that does not appear to work as well. I will send an email with that test link as those are the unchanged original files I just downloaded again so less chance of issues creeping in. Thanks for the help as I am probably just missing something obvious.

Default-user

Ok… my mistake… it is the 1199 screen size section. All set now. Thanks again.

Just wondering if this site design will be translated to Wordpress.

LubosVolovar

Hello. I have sold rights for the WordPress version to another author so I hope that WP version will be available, but I can’t tell you when.

Amazing, good luck!;
