I’ve purchased Origami. It looks like a beautiful template.
There is NO support FORUM nor is there any place to create a ticket.
Your download file DOES NOT match your instructions. I have tried installing you quickstart – it does not work. I’ve also tried manually installing the template. It also does not work. I’ve tried it on numerous hosts (Godaddy, Midphase and Hostgator).
I’ve installed the Gantry system and get nothing but errors.
There is no template .exe file, your quickstart install doesn’t end up with being able to activate the template per your pdf.
A disaster. Your instructions are not clear and they do not match the download from Envato.
I am getting a refund.

This theme always works on any host, it is basic Joomla.

When you are not happy with the product you can get a refund, no problem.
As the previous comment states, the directions included (the PDF ) has improper instructing. I have followed it to the letter, and it will not install the sample content, only the environment created for the theme. The instructions state “Click Choose File and ?nd Origami_template.zip. Click the Upload & Install button…” but no such file exists.
The support ticket I opened at gothemeteam did get a prompt response, but it did not make much sense. It is, indeed, a beautiful theme and I’d prefer to not get a refund, but I fear there may be too much of a language barrier for proper support.

The theme looks nice. However, there are three things that I found to be troublesome.
1.) The theme zip file from Theme Forest is 300 MB, which is on the large side.
2.) I cannot locate the “Origami_template.zip” file within the parent zip file…guess I will have to create my own

I will add a fourth issue: There is no PDF that clearly lays out the module positions. The documentation is too sparse compared to other Joomla templates I’ve seen.
This template doesn’t come with the template file. Yeah I now, right?! It doesn’t come with the slider files needed to make the slider work. And when I told this to my support rep they said no one is having any problems with there theme, I guess I just don’t count right! In the 5 businesses days it took for us to get a response to our urgent request we picked a different template for our clients site. My experience with these clowns was BEYOND bad!! Don’t buy from Theme Team there products are incomplete and there support for there incomplete produces is a JOKE !

Hi is there a way to have more then one testimonial templates? I’ve created one section that I use to showcase employees rather then thestimonials but I would also like to have a testimonial section as well with the same format.

on your advert it says made for joomla 1.6 and 1.7.. and it needs Gantry..
I can’t find a version of Gantry for Joomla 1.7..

Hi.. I have sent a ticket but still nothing – are you able to tell me how to fix this problem – gantry doesn’t work, I’ve browsed so many forums I’ve lost count, gantry for Joomla 1.7 isn’t even on the gantry homepage anymore. it’s tucked away in a Google code repository. i upload gantry and just get a white screen. it doesn’t install, although the files do upload.
Would appreciate some help.
