I haven’t made any recent changes to the website and just noticed that the “buy” button has disappeared from the product pages. How can I fix this?
Dude…the theme is pretty enough but holy s. You can’t just roll out an update and completely change everything.
To maintain security I must upgrade WooCommerce.
To maintain the theme and a functional WC I have to update to the newest version of the theme.
Now I literally have to rebuild a clients entire website. Since the theme selection was mine, I now have to eat the freaking time.
Appreciate it…thanks for the heads up.
I have the previous version of this theme and am getting errors “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize).”
It looks like I have to update the theme in order to resolve this. So, when I had my programmer try too, he said tons of things have changed and the update completely changes the whole menu structure! Is there an easy fix to this to keep my website functioning as is, or do we change code in order to get it to be similar.
I want to be able to update in the future without major changes required to my site. Please advise.
wow where has the support gone, i have been waiting over a month to receive an email back!!!
I hope everyone is doing great and managing our products well. Due to the lack of sales and interest in the last couple of months for our products we as PIxelstores have decided to temporally withdraw ourselves from the Marketplace.
Unfortunately it is not feasible for us to provide updates and support for our products as the sales are simply not there. We believe this is due to the market being over saturated and not having a extensive portfolio.
I hope you understand and respect the decision we had to make and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
So whats next for Pixelstores? We have a product in the making which we will list on the marketplace, it’s a rather fresh, new idea but we are integrating Easy Digital Downloads rather than WooCommerce as the theme is based on a digital store, for digital downloads.
We will return and provide support and updates as expected in the near future.
Matt – Pixelstores
Is this theme compatible with Wordpress 3.9.2?
I don’t want to update and everything breaks.
I saw few errors when import the .XML. Are you planning to fix this issues?
Hi. i updtaed to 2.0 today from a old version. and now, all my formatting is gone. also the shortcods don´t work no more. please look to the site @ http://thesoundcatcher.com/shop/liquidmetal-waterphone/
The pictures are also really big… strange
We made quite a dramatic update to our framework after Outlet 1.8. Please import the pages xml file and use the new codes.
Unfortunately this update made changes to the shortcodes but was necessary to progress with the framework.
We will no further more update the framework so dramatically in future updates.
Hi. Thanks, but now my Products aren´t shown in the backend… I can´t edit a single one..
Please update to Outlet 2.3 to resolve this issue. Outlet 2.4 will be released in a couple of days with a few fixes and improvements.
To claim that you don’t make enough money to provide current versions for a theme that is based upon Wordpress and WooCommerce, which are both constantly updating (and you obviously know this), is ridiculous. You have Elite status here and that means that you make much more than most and there are expectations that come with this status. Why continue to make these types of themes if you are just going to use this excuse when a new Wordpress update rolls out?
So is that it? No more updates? All of us are just out of luck?
Wow. Big thanks to the more than 600 people who have purchased it already! At $50+ each sale! That is more than $30,000 gross and we know that Elite authors, with exclusive status, make 70% of each sale. We can all do the math. And why leave it up for sale when you have already announced that it’s going to break again because you no longer support it (or your customers)? Ugh.
This theme started out so promising. After the first round of updates and countless people being left without any support at all, this is probably the last straw for most of us. I doubt many people will support you at all after this. I hope everyone impacted by your ‘decision’ shares their honest feedback and frustration with Envato. And I hope you realize that this has caused us all to collectively lose MUCH MORE money than you ever could have made from this theme.
Not cool! I hope you reconsider this decision and decide to support the people who have supported you!
I completely understand where you are coming from and have now decide to revoke my decision and return to the Marketplace.
I’m really am truly sorry and understand your frustration and hope we can move on from this.
Please check my latest comment. An update is in the queue.
Wonderful news! I am glad you reconsidered. Your theme is great and keeping it supported only means that many more people will support you! And thank you for considering the feedback from your customers!
Thankyou OhmLab for your kind words
I have the problem with sibebars. WordPress don’t displays my new sidebars in widgets and don’t displays your sidebars in frontend(whatever I add to shop sidebar or shop category).
@PixelStores – are you really serious? how can we trust that you wont do the same with your new products?
After making 30K you still don’t have the motivation to provide support?! then why be in this market place?
and for your next product, do I just wait till it hits a million dollars in revenue before buying? to ensure you will support it? or it that not enough either?
I hope you can reconsider your decision.
I have reconsidered my decision and i’m back! Please check my latest comment.
Are we OK to update to Wordpress 4.0?
A new update is in the review queue that is compatible with WordPress 4.0.
I agree to this…

Just wondering how to replace the flickr icon with an etsy icon. I noticed font awesome doesn’t include the etsy icon so I assume I would need to replace the code with an image?
BAD BAD BAD
It has come to my attention that you and others are absolutely correct! abandoning the support and leaving you guys in the dark is not the correct way of doing things.
I have now reconsidered my decision and will be present for any support questions you and others may have.
I sincerely apologise and hopefully we can move on and get things sorted.
Just to let you know an update is in the review queue that will fix outdated files and new plugin updates. Outlet 2.2 that will soon be available to download is compatible with WordPress 4.0.
Previously i mentioned support was going to be withdrawn from our products. After some thought and receiving advice from you and others i have now decided to return to the Marketplace.
I sincerely apologise for my actions and hopefully we can move on from this.
Now, regarding Outlet and the new updates. Outlet 2.2 is in the review queue and is compatible with WordPress 4.0, some new plugin updates is also included in the archive. Please check the changelog in the docs to see what files were changed.
Update should be available within 48 hours.
You are awesome, Thank you for changing your mind. I had already purchase a different theme but now will stick to outlet.
Thankyou for sticking by Outlet, let me know if you run into any issues with the update.
Works perfectly, I couldn’t edit products before, now with the update everything is working. Thanks for coming back to support all of us.
Hi, Yes there was a conflict that made the products not visible in the admin side of things. All good.
Thanks for your decision. Everything is OK except PS Shortcodes. Do you have an idea?
What exactly are you having difficulties with any form of error messages?
Thanks for yr prompt answer. Honestly I’m not getting any error message but all the pages I used shortcodes are not rendering. You can look at to the homepage of web site athttp://www.uniquenewline.com/
It looks like you have made an update from quite an earlier version of Outlet. I suggest you import the outlet-pages.xml file in the XML Content folder and work from there. Fortunately you don’t have many pages to edit to reflect the new shortcodes.
Thanks, now it’s OK. There is another small issue. Hover zoom at product image at product page is not working. Maybe it’s a script conflict. Dou you have any sugestion? Thanks again, rgds.
There doesn’t seem to be any conflicts on your site, but noticed you have single images for your products. You will need to turn on the “Single Image” option in the “Product Lightbox” meta box when you edit the product for this to function correctly.
Hello… I wrote 4 MONTHS AGO the first time…. As I wrote, I can’t set the carousel properly… don’t understand what’s wrong. The problem is that the carousel is NOT auto scrolling.
This is my page: http://www.studiolabsus.com/confetti/parlano-di-noi/
In the previous comment you could find my settings.
Apologies for not resolving this sooner, it seems that the autoscroll isn’t registering the setting, i suggest making a manual code change until we release a fix.
Approximately 10 lines down you will notice the autoPlay option:
So the only changes you would make is to change the autoscroll text to true.
That should do it.
Thank you, now it works!
Is it safe to update Woocommerce to version 2.2.3?
An update has just been released that fixes a couple of template files to make the theme fully compatible with WooCommerce 2.2.3.
