How can I take off the “Post a comment” on the page?

I’ve been emailing you and you never answer. So I’m going to put it here. I bought your theme and I saw your tutorials. There was the video of you editing the pages and below you had the option of removing the comment box. Why can’t I see that option? Please reply before I contact Envanto.

I like the theme and have bought it for two websites but I am encountering problems:

1. The Fade Slider will not insert images into Add New Item after 4 items. The Insert Into Post option completely disappears. I have re-installed Wordpress and the theme plugin twice with the same result.

I am using Wordpress 3.2.1 and have tested in IE9 (with the cufon-yui.js update) , Firefox 6 and Opera.

2. I want to change the links to appear a different color to the normal text as well as being underlined.

Is it possible you could help me with these?

How exactly can we change the colour of hyperlinks within the body text?

A few people have asked this now and you only reply with something like ‘You can change it from css/style.css file… and skin css files…’

I’ve looked through all the css files and I cannot find where to change it. So, where specifically, which file, which line numbers?

As it is, the links are the same colour as the standard body text so they do not appear as being a link until you hover over them.

OK, ‘ve spent a long time again looking through and I can’t change the hyperlink colours (see post above).

Due to the lack of response and support from the author, I have found a way around it and I’ll detail it here for anyone who is interested:

Download and install this Wordpress plugin:

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simpler-css/

In the ‘Appearance’ panel in your Wordpress Dashboard, click on ‘Custom CSS ’.

Delete the default text from the white text area on the right and copy and paste this in:

a:link {color:#0e76bc;}

a:visited {color:#0e76bc;}

a:hover {color:#0e76bc;}

a:active {color:#0e76bc;}

Click on ‘Save’

Refresh your web site and the links should now appear in a blue colour – so that you can see they are in fact links (as they should have done).

Obviously, you can swap out the ‘0e76bc’ in the code above with your own hexadecimal colour value to customise it to how you want it.

Hi, Do you do customized theme?

I bought a gallery plugin and it’s not working on your theme. They said it maybe because there’s a problem with the JavaScript on my site “theme”. Or that there’s more than one jQuery file loaded into my theme. The proper way to load jQuery into your theme or plugin is:

if (!wp_script_is(‘jquery’, ‘queue’)){ wp_enqueue_script(‘jquery’); }

Now I don’t mess with the php files so how I downloaded them from here is how they are. Only changed stuff when login in wordpress.

The file cufon-yui.js is identical to the original except in one place in the title. version 1.09 to Version 1.09i ???
