Hi peerapong, We purchased Ovid 3yrs ago and its been great, however, recently we’ve lost our homepage slider image, and the ‘Insert media’ pop-up appears blank. The homrpage slider is set as a ‘Featured Image’ but does not display. Can you help us restore our homepage image, please? http://www.jacanaschoolforautism.vic.edu.au/ Regards, Nick

Peerapong (ThemeGoods), I NEED HELP HERE! Could you please take a quick look at our homepage and tell me why our #slider_curve is not displaying, and the red background is not aligning to the deeper measure? All other pages seem fine, it’s just the homepage. http://www.jacanaschoolforautism.vic.edu.au/ I’ve re-installed the theme twice, re-built the site from scratch and STILL the homepage curve alignment isnt working. I really need your assistance, my client is screaming!!!

1. Open /css/screen.css find “body #header_curve, body.home[title=page] #header_curve” change its z-index to 999

2. I don’t quite understand what are you trying to accomplish because you changes so much on theme original code.

Did you know about Firebug a Firefox plugin? http://getfirebug.com/ and here video tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdIk2PztcL0

Or you can use Chrome Developer tool instead. Here are video tutorials https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/videos

It will help you inspect all CSS and HTML elements, really help if you do a lot customization

The main CSS file is /css/screen.css

Thanks for your reply, and ‘yes’ I use Firebug all the time – it’s great. However, what I’m trying to achieve is quite simple, I want this homepage (http://www.jacanaschoolforautism.vic.edu.au/) to look like this homepage (http://www.northernautism.vic.edu.au/). Note the position of the curve. If I adjust the CSS, it affects all the other pages. Does this make sense?
