Hi, I’m thinking about purchasing this theme but I’ve noticed a few problems with the demo site and just want to find out if these have been fixed?

As the page is loading, all the boxes are expanded and shown in large orange text? Is that normal?
Sorry I cant produce your issue. Could you try to disable all your browser plugin or clear cache please.

When the page starts to load the first part of the accordion is in large orange text with everything expanded. Then, the page loads and it goes back to being a normal accordion?

I don’t think you understood my question. It’s not a browser or cache issue, to me it would appear that the scripts loading in the background are slower or before the css. The problem only occurs when the page is loading, once loaded the page is fine like in your screenshot. Refresh your demo a few times on that page and you will reproduce the problem.
Is it possible to have search form available on the website? Anywhere on the top bar or sidebar would be fine. Thanks in advance for your help!
Yes, you can add search widget to page sidebar.

I just purchased this theme and noticed there are no PSD files included. I need to use this theme as a template for a site (with some design modifications) and need to be able to modify the design in a PSD . Is it possible to get a layered PSD of this design? Or is it already there and I’m just missing it? Thanks.

You can add widgets to “Footer Sidebar” using Appearance > widgets.

The top menu is not support drop down but you can organize its item using Appearance > menus.

Hi, I can’t get the theme to switch to the “No Slider” function. I don’t want the slider images on the site and I have switched the correct box in the Ovid>Slider to “No Slider”. What Else do I need to do to make this change take affect? It works on the demo site just not mine. Thanks in advance.

I purchased the theme yesterday and it will not load it from the ovid.zip file. I have installed wordpress 3.4 using softaculous. Please assist.

Hey Peerapong, you told me on the support forum that I had a div issue in my page and couldn’t help me. THERE IS NO DIV ! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CODE , THE HOME PAGE IS ALL BUGGY . Now I’m stuck with a homepage that does not work because you won’t help me. Very disappointing!
Well like i told you. It’s your content code issue. You have unclouded HTML tag which break the layout. It’s your content issue, not theme issue. The demo site home page woks fine and so does other 800+ customers sites
Hello! Is it possible to link to a specific set “page” in a portfolio page? I have sets of ALL , 2010, 2011, 2012 to sort within a portfolio page and I’d like to create a custom menu widget to link back to a specific set. Thanks!
To use portfolio sets.
Once you assign portfolio to set. Go to appearance > menus. Then select which set you want to add to your menu items.
If you can’t see it, click on screen option (top right) and check on sets
