if you want to change the slideshow speed, you can javascript code in heading section

    $('#slideshow').cycle({
        fx:      'fade',
        timeout:  3000,
        prev:    '#prev',
        next:    '#next'
    });

you just need to increase 3000 in timeout parameter to higher number, eg, 5000.
