hi i changed the .header_wrap to left: 0px which works when you see it. but when you hide it with the arrow it won’t hide on the first click but go into the default position. the second click hides the wrap but when you bring it back the position left: 0 px is gone and there is a little gap that i don’t like to have on the left side. best regards and thanks for a fast solution thomas

Please, try to upload via FTP to your server. Usually server doesn’t allow to install themes via WordPress if they’re bigger than 2 or 10 Mb.
To upload theme to your server via FTP , you need to copy all files from pacifico.zip folder to wp-content/themes/pacifico directly on the server (don’t forget to unzip before uploading). Thereafter Pacifico theme will be available for activation in WP admin panel: Appearance > Themes. And you can activate it by clicking “Activate”.

I bought this theme a while ago and it works very well! I could find my way about almost everything but still a tiny thing is bugging me : On my contact form the “send message” is in french and I would like to have it in english. Can you help me on that please. I was also wondering if there is any problem updating to WP 3.5 ; I recently tried and got an error message.

I installed Pacifico a couple of days ago an started to build some contetn. Now I noticed, that when I insert a gallery in a page and want to open one of the gallery images, my Safari returns with an error of “Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.”

When I insert the Gallery-Tag, i have to insert the >>link=”file”<< manually. That’s why it works now. When I insert the gallery with the pop-up tool where I can select my pictures, this link-specification is not inserted at all.

I’m using a Mac OS X 10.8.2 with Safari 6.0.2

Hello,

I purchased the theme and so far it’s great in all used functions, but one. Using WP 3.5.1, the gallery format in a single post does not sort the pictures in the way I want. It seems to be completely random. Renaming or uploading in a definite order for example does not help. Hope you know, what my problem is. Thanks!

What version have you been using? Is it the recent one 1.3? If not, please, update the theme.

To update the theme, please, follow to your Downloads tab on Themeforest and click “download”. Then follow to the Fix_1.3 folder and open README.txt, you’ll find the instruction on update there. Basically you should replace some files at your server. But please, make a backup beforehand – just in case. If you have made some code changes in style.css, the update can harm your customization. You should copy changed code to the new file.

I just purchased this product and we love the style of it, but it’s not working properly for us. The slider manager is not working, when we save what we have done, we don’t know where it is saving to and it doesn’t show the changes in the published content. The font and color is not working, having to do it by code. All in all, the cms manager is not saving anything we do, after time, the theme turns back to all the default settings. We are also having problems uploading our photos. Is there any way to fix all of this, or maybe get our money back?

Actually you can.
This option works for the current page or post. If all the existing pages and posts have this function disabled (especially in addition with commenting disabled for the Blog posts in our theme options), then your new posts and pages will have this function disabled as well, otherwise it’s enabled by default.

Other way to control commenting is use our theme Blog options.

In this case it can’t be shown in your “downloads”.
If you are sure it was a separate full-price purchase, I think you should contact Envato support directly. I can’t see any purchase evidence here either.

When I insert a contact form, the system does not send emails. I think the contact form and add it to the page as set in the manual, but when I do a test run, the email never arrives.

To prove that there was a problem with my server, install another plugin contact and it sends emails correctly.

I dont know how to solve the problem.

But there’s no way to set some background music for the site.

Well, I can’t say for sure how could it be implemented. Of course you can add some extra code or use some plugin, but we don’t know about consequences of such modification and in this case it’s barely possible that you’ll get full customer support, as our support guys don’t offer guidance in a deep customization, they can just point you in a right direction.
