The Wordpress admin panel is very slow when the Pacifico theme is active. When I disable the Pacifico theme, the admin panel work fine. Wordpress and All my plugins are up to date. Could you please give me some help. Thanks.

This problem may be caused by large distance to your hosting and by your browser/system. Also server firewall can slow down process as we have some external links right in our admin panel – you may get to know if there’s some restriction.

Let’s see what can be done.
Can you submit a personal support ticket, please?

Provide there your wp-admin, FTP data and all possible information about your server:

- PHP version
- your hosting provider
- package used: grid, dedicated, virtual
- what system do you operate: windows, linux
- do you have any sites on the same hosting working properly
and all the other parameters you wish to notice and to pay attention.

Unfortunately there’s no auto play function in Pacifico. But you can add some video to the slider, and it will start after clicking the button, just like the second slide on the Pacifico Home Page.

I need to right align the navigation and content box of this theme.

I’ve been able to do move the navbar and content with css, but the animation still pulls out to the left.

I need some help as far as which files need to be edited in order to have the nav and content sliders pull out to the right, not the left.

If you don’t mind, I’ll write here a bit about theme installation to avoid more questions from other users.

To activate Pacifico one should upload theme via FTP – just copy all the files from “pacifico.zip” folder (located in the main theme archive) to wp-content/themes/pacifico directly on the server. Thereafter Pacifico theme will be available for activation in WP admin panel: Appearance/Themes. One can activate it by clicking “Activate”.

I Have three questions: 1.- How can I make to have a homepage just like de DEMO, with the heading on the left, the gallery preview on the right, and the motion pictures slide in the full page. I did that but when I show the Heading it appears too a box with the comments. 2.- I’d like to make a Page called BLOG where I can access to all the posts 3.- How Can I insert a random fixed image without motion y the background of each post. 4.- Wich is the optimum size the images should be in the slider.

As it might been known, we don’t guarantee compatibility with any additional plugin for Pacifico (the exception is Contact Form 7 plugin).

1. No, it’s not responsive, if you need a full width responsive theme, you may study this theme – Willbridge.
2. You can use different skins for the menu area – as shown in the theme description, but the will stay dark.

Going through implementing this theme and it works a treat and I like it a lot, great job.

Are you aware of an e-commerce plugin that will operate within the frame work of this theme. I had previously used marketpresslite, but I am getting PHP errors everytime I enable it. I am aware that you cannot support all 3rd party plugins just looking to be steered in a direction…

To be honest, we haven’t made compatibility tests and can’t recommend any plugin.
As it might been known, we don’t guarantee compatibility with any additional plugin. Only Roundone WP theme is compatible to the most popular plugins, and all further themes hopefully will be plugin-compatible as well.

Hello. Are you sure you tried to install it correctly? There are detailed instructions on theme installation. Please, read carefully our HOW TO. Our themes, except of Roundone WP can be installed only via FTP.
